CHAPTER-ONE
Once arjun left, saakshi also lost in thoughts of todays event.. How they were chasing a link that could lead to sikander n how at the main time a shooter nearly shot arjun.. But in meantime someone shot the person dead before he could harm arjun.. They had got a case where they got a blind couple released from bomb attack n all got to know someone is after arjun's life.. Few weeks ago she had attempted to bring some emotion in arjun atleast maybe guiltness.. She had somehow manage to put on charade of being hurt n had put fake plaster n a crouche.. She had only got sympathy n little bit of care from his side as he was going through guilt consciousness.. Nothing more than that.. When he had figured it out as drama he had blast on her of being disgusted by her.. The mask was back on his face which was unreadable.. The first time she had met him, she had seen pain in his eyes.. She didn't knew about his past.. Infact none knew his secrets other than sameer.. How she wanted him to share his agony n pain with her.. She wanted to be with him in every steps of his life.. Even his venomous word had no effect on her.. She didn't even felt a pinch of guilt doing it rather she was happy she could see some other shade of his personality.. Ayesha had point out if she has fallen for akdu.. She didn't gave it a thought that time but today when she saw him so close to death, she realized yes indeed she had fallen for this man.. Her chain of thought were broken by her cell ring.. She thought to ignore but seeing the caller she knew she had to answer it otherwise consequences maybe not in her favor.. She answered, 'hello rsk!!' yes the previous caller was rsk.. Rsk replied, 'saakshi, i think u seem have to forget ur assigned duty, isn't it.. Tumhe nahi lagta tum waha jaa kar apni commitments vul gayi ho.. Maine kaha tha na mujhe har harkat ki khabar milni chahiye fir tum itni laparwa kaise ho sakti ho?? Answer me girl..' saakshi was damn terrified to hear her boss fiery voice n answered, ' sorry chief, i've been busy nowadays.. Today acp arjun suryakant raute was nearly shot but miraculously he was saved but savior is unidentifed.. Team is digging into it.. Soon it will be revealed..' RSK replied, 'no need saakshi, i know each n every moment of etf.. Though u may have forgotten m rsk.. If i want i can get any info in nick of time.. U'r not only the one who is kept to report about etf.. I've other means too to know about them.. Since u lacked to do the assigned job i hired other people to know about.. N regarding the miracle, for ur info m the one who saved him.. I was out for mission n when i got the info regarding recent case i came on the spot n i killed the shooter before he shoot acp arjun.. Now m rethinking about ur position in etf saakshi.. Have i trusted a unworthy person for this job?? After u're kicked out of etf i have given u a second chance don't forget it saakshi.. I'm giving u last chance to rectify ur mistakes, rather don't disappoint me this time n better do ur job properly rather involving urself emotionally to team mates as u r temporarily working there to prove urself..' saakshi was speechless.. Rsk saved arjun n risked her identity being revealed which were kept in wraps.. She replied, ' rsk thanks for saving his life n yes i will do my job carefully regarding my personal issues u don't need to interfere.. I know how to keep it away from my works..' n they had some more talks n hanged up.. Saakshi went away after that.. She failed to see a person who had heard her convo in the fine darkness of office..
Arjun had just stepped out of office not hearing any calling of saakshi as he was engrossed in the voice he heard just few minutes ago.. How he wanted to talk to her.. How he wanted to tell her he much he had missed her.. How he missed being with her.. How he craved to hear her non stop chattering.. Her smile, her eyes, her mischief, her laughter, her jokes, their banter, their ruthna manana, their silly fights, their long late night n all in all their togetherness, how he missed it.. They were so much in love n were living their life.. How a case just shattered it all.. They were seperated from each other.. She n he was their first n true love.. Thinking this he reached his suv.. When he searched the keys he remembered it was left in his cabin drawer so he took steps toward office unaware of the news waiting for him.. The person who heard came in focus n it was arjun.. He had heard all the convo n learnt she was back in his life.. He felt all his emotion flow in his veins.. He felt happy that she had saved his life.. His heart missed several beats listening about it.. When saakshi cut the call he became aware of happening around n didn't let saakshi be aware of his presence.. After she left, he went to his cabin n took keys n msged someone to meet him early in the beach alone for their regular jog.. He went back home n had peaceful sleep that night otherwise he had restless sleep.. After what seem eternity the sun rose n he freshen up n wore a hoddie n jogging tracks n went to his morning jog.. He kept jogging n waited for the person to come.. He had a glow in his face.. He had a rare smile in his lips after long time.. When he just stopped to catch his breathe, he felt someone placed hand on his shoulder n he immidiately hugged the person with whole might expressing his happiness.. The person knew something was definitely up with arjun n reciprocated the hug.. Once arjun composed himself.. He said, 'she is back.. Rsk is back sam.. She is back.. She is back..' he only repeated it again n again in happiness.. Sam was happy for rj but he had doubt n he calmed arjun n asked how he knew.. Arjun happily told him all the happening of yesterday night in office.. He was happy for rj.. He had seen him suffer a lot n happiness for rj meant her n he will help rj to bring his happiness back .. He felt bad for saakshi..
Finally he asked, 'rj tu jaanta hai na isse kisika dil tutega.. Tujhe nahi lagta tu kisiko ignore kar raha hai apni khushi mein..' arjun replied, 'jaanta hu sam tu kiske bare mein baat kar raha hai.. Usse ye samajhna hoga ki woh kabhi meri zindagi mein koi maine nahi rakhti.. Wo uska vram tha jo ek din na ek din tutna tha.. Woh meri life mein ek colleague se jyada kuch nahi hai sam na kavi hogi.. Meri har saas rsk se judi thi, hai aur rahegi.. Chahe kuch vi ho jaae.. Usse ye samajhna hoga sam..' n he had more convo with sam to trace rsk without anyone's knowledge n depart from each other.. The plan seems to be perfect.. They went to the respective homes n freshen up n got ready for office.. Arjun was thinking about past how they met.. To be contd...
