It's time for one of the long running popular daily soap on Star Plus, Saath Nibhaana Saathiya, produced by Rashmi Sharma to breathe its last.
It came as a surprise to the industry when the show made a dead slot of 7:00 PM alive with its gripping storyline and also posed a threat to the other shows with the same timeslots.
Our reliable source from the industry whispered in our ears that Saathiya will air its last episode probably by December this year. The cast and crew has been informed about the same yesterday (26-8-2013).
On the other hand we too hear that the production house took this decision just because they were not happy with the ever increasing demands of the actors to raise their pay.
When contacted, Rashmi Sharma rubbished the news.
All we can say is there is no smoke without fire!
