There was pin drop silence for several minutes until Nainas mom fell on her knees. It was like her entire world came crashing down in front of her. Her eyes were welled up with tears in few seconds. She was not sobbing or crying out loud but tears werent stopping either. It was like she was a lifeless person sitting helplessly on ground. GA looked to her side to make sure Naina saw her moms condition. Naina was about to go to her mom and hug her tight but GA stops her by holding her hand and signaling her not to do anything.
No its not possible finally her mom said that and started crying out loud. She was hitting her head with her palms and mumbling to herself. I never treated her properly. I always thought that she is ill-fated for me and my family. I cursed her day and night. I am worlds worst mother ever I never move my hand on her head with love and affection. She always craved for me and my love. Her father died few months later she was born and our business and everything failed. We lost all our assets. I always said that she is responsible for what happened. But she wasnt. she cried her heart out and after saying all that she kept mum. She didnt said or did anything after that. Even her eyes were lifeless and tears were just rolling down from her eyes emotionlessly.
Now it was turn for the siblings to react all this time they were listening to their mom and were trying to grasp what GA said and what their mom was saying. Sidhart was the next one who broke down. He takes steps backwards until he reached the corner of the room and his back hits the wall. He sits down with his legs crossing in such a way that he hid his face with the help of his knees. He kept crying like a baby. He clutched his hairs tightly and hit his head with the wall backwards. He hit his head but Naina felt the pain. She again tries to walk up to him but GA stops her. With broken heart she stops and listens to GA.
I always treated her like she means nothing to me. I cursed her, almost tried once to beat her. I also said that I will never pick her doli on her wedding day. Now look I will never going to get that chance. I am definitely a bad kismet he pours his heart out and hit his head again with the wall. Then he hid his face again with his knees and cried. Naina and GA both had tears in their eyes seeing the condition of Sidhart. GA so wanted to let Naina go to her brother but it wasnt over yet. Nainas sister, friends, and her loves reaction were left.
Nainas sister, Kavya, runs into her room and opens her cupboard meanwhile GA and Naina follows her in. She was searching for something desperately. She throws a lot of stuff on floor including her clothes. Finally she found what she was looking for. She holds the cloth close to her heart and starts crying and sits by the end of her bed at the floor. It was her favorite ghaghra. She always wanted to wear it but I didnt even allow her to touch it. One day we fought a lot for this ghaghra and in anger I told her that I will not let you wear this even if you die. Today she is dead and my words came true. I am definitely unlucky person not cause I had her as a sister but cause I never realized her real worth and never treated her well. she was crying so badly that now she was unable to breath properly cause of the sobbing. Naina grabs a glass of water and gives her. Kavya denies at first but drinks it as she sees that girl in burkha (Naina) wasnt giving up.
All three were crying on their spots and suddenly a group of girls and boys enters the house. Girl 1 says while looking around Naina, where are you? Girl 2 looks towards nainas room and says must be sleeping. What else? they all shared a laugh. Boy 1 says with a fake seriousness and sadness girls behave and laugh slowly you guys or her dream of prince charming will break. They again laugh out loud but soon get a 500 volt shock when they saw nainas mom and siblings crying. Aunty what happened? All ok? Where is Naina? boy 1 asked while sitting beside Nainas mom. Nainas mom who was quietly crying starts sobbing badly and while crying says she left us all alone. It was hard to understand what she really meant. Some thought she left the house. Some thought she left something. Actually they all didnt get anything. Girl 2 walks inside the room passing GA and Naina who were standing by the door and sits beside Kavya di, where is Naina? What she left? Why did she left? kavya didnt say anything but hug her tightly.
GA couldnt wait so she asks the question as she wanted to know who they all were ummm who are you guys? Friends. We are Nainas friends. Girl 3 replied who was quiet all this time. Well I am sorry to inform you all that your friend, Naina, committed suicide by jumping from the top of the building and now she is dead GA replied. No they all gasped. Boy 1 says with real emotions and sadness and with teary eyes how can she? She was the bravest and strongest of all. She was my inspiration. I had never seen a girl strong enough like her. Nainas face lights up she never expected his friend saying such nice things about her. You are right dude. We ill-treated her, bullied her daily but she never fought/replied back. She always was the most sensible girl in over group. What made her do that? boy 2 asked in disbelief. GA chuckles sarcastically and says your answer is already in your statement. Your treatment and attitude towards her, her familys ill treatment and other stuff forced her to do so. Am I wrong? After GA says all that and asked the question to all present in the room, each and every ones face drops down. As they all knew whatever GA said and they did to her was the sole reason for her suicide.
They all were crying and after sometime girl 2 goes to sidhart and says to him are you ok? I know it is hard to believe it but we all have to accept this. We have to let her go. We have to accept that she left us that Naina died. What the f***? a guy who just entered the house almost snapped at girl 2. She turns around and looks at the guy with a shocked expression. Are you in your senses or not? Do you even know what you are saying? Do you even remember you are saying all that crap about your own best friend? No, let me re-phrase your so-called best friend the guy questioned the girl 2 with full sarcasm and venom in his words for girl 2. GA takes a deep breath and says calmly she is talking about Naina who lives I mean used to live here and you are? GAs questioned made him realize the presence of GA and the girl in burkha. He walks up to them and looks at both of them carefully one by one. My name is Yuvi. I am Nainas BFF and someone who she loved Yuvi replied with pain visible in his eyes.
GA gave him a quick smile which went noticed by Naina only. GA was happy to see that pain in his eyes because it proved his love for her. Naina takes step ahead to stop him and hug him tight but GA manages to stop her again. She closes her eyes unable to see her love in pain and crying. GA keeps her hand on his shoulder he looks straight into her eyes. GA eyes had an assuring feeling which was felt by Yuvi. Yuvi said can I see her? I want to see her? Talk to her? I know she cant reply me but I have to say it to her that I love her the most. That I cant live without her that I want to be with her even if it means dying he said the last line with confidence. He was ready to give up his life for her. He turned around may be to do the same thing but stopped as soon as GAs words reached his ears. If you loved her than why you didnt said that to her when she was alive? GA questioned him and indirectly his love for her.
He turned around and replies I wanted her to change. I made her belief that I dont like her kind of girls who speak truth, who dare to stand up against wrong, and who would tolerate everything from her family and friends just with the hope to get love in return. I did that so she can change herself. So that she can stop tolerating all the bad actions and words she gets from her family and friends. So that she stop taking the side of truth so that her family and other wrong people would not go against her. So that she never feel lonely. So, that her family and friends stay with her always. In order to change her I made sure that I show my hatred towards her and not love. But the truth is they all dont deserve her and neither do I as we all wanted to change her no matter what the reasons were but we all were wrong. And she, well she was always right and deserved love and happiness. But what she got is loneliness, pain, hatred and now death. He fell down on his badly. He was shattered completely. He lost everything completely everything.
