Ididn't watch this serial for month. I am not getting storyline. Why madhu is listening to sultan? Kya majburi hai?

Pls tell me in hort what happened in last one month,i swa until where it reveals that sultan is RK's brother.

The short version, Sultan threatened to kill RK if Madhu didn't leave him. Every time Madhu didn't listen to him something happened to RK; he was attacked in jail, bail was revoked etc...

Sultan wants madhu in his life.He has told madhu if she did divorce Rk , he will kill him.Madhu loves rk .To save him she is listening to sultan.
