I would say today was one of the most beautiful episodes of DABH. I felt so touched by it. Arvind Kothari gave his daughter the best advice a father can give.
He asked her to believe in Sooraj. He asked her to be his support. Taking the decision to leave family was not an easy decision for him. Still your husband took it. Nobody can stop you when he is standing there as your support. But it is time you become his biggest support. When Sandhya says she is afraid he asks her not be afraid to trust Sooraj. He knows Sandhya completely. To leave aside all her fears and become Sooraj's shadow. He will take her to her destination. By that he meant not just IPS but a life that will be blissful for both of them.
This was something I was waiting for to see the slow death of Sandhya Kothari. Sandhya has to feel the comfort she felt on Arvind Kothari's shoulder as a daughter , in Sooraj's shoulder as a wife.
Also CVs did a beautiful job today. How Sooraj proves every word of what Arvind Kothari said. When he makes the mithai the cake, diya the candle and gives her a spoon to cut it , I would say it was simply beautiful. The final smile Sandhya gave Sooraj is slowly waking up to the fact that she is no longer a girl , but a woman.
