Manyata pov

No need for the alarm to scream and wake me up. I was more than awake. It felt someone had deliberately held my eyelids to stop me from sleeping after the previous nightmare. I got off my bed; I pushed the off white curtain to the right side of the glass window of my room. I rubbed my eyes. Yes , it was raining with blurred visibility why again each of my birthday it rains like cats and dogs as I see the whole outdoor party decors getting washed away in the rain , I saw the water gushing out of the drains and the leaves of the two large nem tree swaying in the direction as the roads were full of water and some couple shouting and chatting …enjoying the weather I wondered what was so romantic about rains it makes everything dull and wet putting all this Eco friendly thought at the back of my mind I made my way to the washroom and changed for my first day of MAN VEER LITERATURE AND ART COLLEGE OF DEVGARH I wondered that it must be such a typical name to be given to the college as for the last time I checked my reflection in the mirror yes I could never looked better I was decently dressed into a pair of black jeans shots , a Bruce Lee logo T shirt , I guess I have not mention but he is my idol , and a perfect new collection of Reebok shoes to match my attire as I made my way down the steps there Puja and Rajesh was a seated in the dining table I looked at the watch and I realized that I had no time to munch over the mouth watering breakfast so I hurriedly grabbed a slice of sandwich and tried to make my way down to the car but was held back by Rajesh as he lovingly said

RAJESH; manyata beta come home fast the party will start at 7

I looked back at him and replied

MANYATA: but papa I guess my party is ruined by the rain already

PUJA: that is just the outdoor party we had predicted it from before and already arranged for a indoor party as well

I already disconnected the call , god this girl she is so into Samuel but I know the boys must be drooling over her by now she indeed will be having the best fashion sense but by no chance I want her to be the candy of the college as my legs pushed the accelerator the roads were isolated just with those rain drops and it was really slippery I found it so difficult to drive and above all a group of jerks just commented something cheap and passed my car …I was fired and so determined to straighten them up and hence the race started our cars flew in speed as finally on reaching them I abused them and my car crossed them , well now everything went out of control I could not stop the car , no way this freaking breaks are not working and before I could even imagine I landed banging into another car .Everything went blank after that……

I opened my eyes … my whole body ached and I could not even move a muscles my eyes wandered around this room , I looked at Puja whose face had found it color back by watching me alive as Rajesh called the doctor I found it very hard to catch the doccy words at first but then got to understand as he asked

DOCTOR: how are you feeling now?

MANYATA: my whole body is aching

DOCTOR: it is ok you will soon feel better I will give you a pain killer

MANYATA: doctor how did I come here ?

DOCTOR: a young man bought you here I think he knows you quite well as the very first time instantly he told me your name and also agreed to donate you blood

MANYATA: but I do not know anyone in India is he here can I met him?

DOCTOR: yes he is waiting outside since last night I am calling him inside

The doctor left the room following by Puja and Rajesh as overcrowding the cabin was not allowed I looked up at the ceiling blankly as I heard the door open she looked at him , there he was , his white shirt was filled with blood stain , his hair was all messed up , his eyes had so much of pain and was red , it looked he had been crying for a long time , I did not know why my kept her mouth shut ,I had so many things to ask and he was going to me give me the answer but it was like we were just feeling the moment , was like we were meeting after a long time. I felt that I knew him , I felt a weird connection with him as he stepped towards me , I suddenly felt thing around me changing I started to hear so many voices I tried to look away but my eyes were hooked on him as he came to me he said in a warm tone

UDAY: hey I am uday veer Singh

I kept quite the name sounded so familiar as I continued to look at him with my mouth suddenly open and unknown to me I whispered to him

MANYATA; YUVRAAJ UDAY VEER PRATABH SINGH

He looked at me with his face filled with confusion as I continued to look at him and that single name played in my mind there was a long silence
