Raksha Bandhan is the one day when sisters stop squabbling with their brothers and tie him a rakhi, with the hope that they would protect 'pyaari behna' in their time of need. And with the kind of challenging lives that our Colors' ladies face, we've thought of some brothers that can rush to their rescue.
Jagya for Megha- Since her meeting with Vasu, Megha has been in a constant tug of war between her head and heart about Vasu and Mohan. Who better than Jagya (Balika Vadhu) to help Megha out with this tussle? Jagya has survived a lot of ups and downs in his love life, and would be the perfect brother and sounding board for Megha.
Anandi for Vasu- Anandi (Balika Vadu) is sensible and loving, but at the same time is ever-ready to face any danger for the betterment of others. Having a brother like Vasu (Na Bole Tum-2) will ensure that Anandi is safe at all times, and knows how to take care of herself in dangerous situations. We think that Anandi will also convince her Vasu 'Bhau' to leave his criminal ways behind, and help him make sense of his feelings for Megha.
Sultan for Ganga- Sultan (Madhubala) is not the best of people, but he would make the perfect brother for Ganga (Balika Vadhu). Ganga has always lived for others, but she has been attacked by her ex husband Ratan Singh, been bullied by Sumitra, and even insulted by Saanchi! If people knew that Sultan was her brother, no one would dare lay an eye on Ganga and her son Mannu.
