We all met here in the forum...we started chatting, teasing each other and now both of you are the part of our families. I (on the behalf of all ICG-ians) wishing both of you a Very Happy Rakshabandhan...Wishing you good health, wealth and prosperity...

'Raksha' means protection 'bandhan' means bond. It's mainly celebrated between sisters and brothers and the families rejoice the festivities. On this day, sisters tie 'rakhi' (a decorated thread) on their brothers' wrist, performing 'aarti' and also praying for their long life. In turn, brothers vow to protect their sisters and come for their rescue in times of need. Although, Rakhi is a bond of care and affection between brother and sister but it goes way beyond it.
