Its true, one can have belief without voicing out trough chants and songs, but chants take life only trough belief, to b complete sholk needs ashta...seeing his attitude , i think there will be i cant-live-without-you-yet -my-ego-doesnt-let-me admit it kinda love story between shlok and ashta..

Thanks Myra. I was thinking that what will happen if Mr. Shlok met the other one...(mmm...I think you know which one I am talking about) and they started exchanging notes.

Misti, love your analysis. And,yes Myra, you are right. It would be ego in Shlok's case & would not be ready to accept that he can't live without Astha.

Thanks for liking the analysis.

Thanks Misti , Very interesting analysis
I wasn't sure of the name Shlok I always thought its like a verse of a religious book. And ofcourse Astha which is faith or belief? So for me I thought you cant read a verse without having belief. And also they are various shlok in religious books that have there own significance .These names are very interesting , waiting to see how there used .

Hi Yumna. Thanks for liking what I thought of the names. Shlok actually is a style of writing poetry. It has a definite rythmic meter to it. Majority of the old works of literature in India whether religeous or not, usually has been written in shloks. As an example Vedas, and the epics (considered to be religeous/spiritual) have been written in shloks but Arthashastra which is not a religeous book (its about politics) is also partially written in shloks. That is why I said that sholks without faith or belief can be interesting to read but with faith it attains a different meaning. To me one can read a verse without having belief and can find it interesting but belief enriches the experience of reading. I did find the names very interesting and like you I am waiting to see how they are used in the show.
