there r 2 likely possibilities about what can happen:
1) Shiv will become living dead after Guari's death and the family will find a girl (Gauri in new avatar) who looks like Gauri to get him out of his state.
2) Like Tum Bin Jaaon Kahan, Gauri will be reborn and then go after Shiv.

i think the first one is more likely
