Next morning, Swayam decided to go for jogging which he totally regretted missing last week delightfully and even Sharon and Deepy accompanied him, making it more fun for him. "Where is it? That stupid jacket," Sharon kept murmuring under her breath while searching for Swayam's jacket which he always wear while he goes to jog. Swayam was looking at Sharon with his eye brow raised up till twin towers level, because he told Sharon that nobody needs to wash his jacket but she kept argue with him that it stinks. Now, when the time came she couldn't find it or rather she must have sent it to the laundry. "You know what? You won't find it because you don't have it here, in house. Now let's go!" Swayam said making grumpy faces, and Sharon said, "Sorry." He sighed and walked out of the house while Deepy was jumping and humming her poems all the while walking aka running next him, he looked at her and smile.

Sharon came running towards both of them who were already running like maniac and her breathes were irregular after chasing them. "Gosh, are you both racing with me or something? You are fast." Sharon said while putting her palms on her kidney sides and pressing the area lightly. "Boohoo! Don't be such a kiddo, wife!" He said and laughed at her, while Deepy giggled. "Whatever!" Sharon said and the rest of the time was almost quiet until they all reached the park which was actually 2 kilometers far from their house. Swayam and Deepy was taking round laps of the huge parks whereas Deepy somehow managed to convince Sharon for her chocolate shake from the truck like store settled inside the park and was settled on the bench on swings side while and both Sharon and Swayam was keeping an eye on her while they jog. Suddenly both of them saw Deepy running towards them and they both stopped, she came and asked, "Di, Jiju, can I go for swings?" She asked blinking at lashes, "Of course, but the swings are a bit insides area, we won't be able to see you?" Swayam said looking at Sharon, "Oh, that isn't a problem because we used to come here every day for jogging before and she had many friends here also who come here with their parents so it will be ok, right Deepy?" Sharon asked or rather convincing her, "Yes, I will be careful to come to you if any stranger comes near me, just like you told me, now can I go?" Deepy said and Sharon nodded, ruffling her hairs and then Deepy ran away.

Sharon and Swayam both started jogging again, while smiling and laughing on random stuff they were talking about. Swayam appreciated her cooking skills and told her that only confidence was lacking in the food when love was mixed well and Sharon smiled very contently to that. "Err, Sharon?" Swayam asked when Sharon was laughing on some joke Swayam cracked about her scolding towards Sarah. "Yes?" Sharon stopped laughing and asked him, "You have taught too much discipline to Deepy, almost like you have trained her, can I ask why?" He asked slightly unsure if it was his thing to ask or not. "I had to, even I didn't want to. I had to be strict with her few times also, it is important and it is for her own good but always try to not make her upset because I can't see her upset. You know when she was small and I shifted in a new flat which I rented first in all, I think 5 years back, she was just a small baby who didn't properly knew how to crawl because she was in orphanage and there were lots of students to be individually looked after by only 20 or 30 nannies. She was weak, rather very weak. When babies of her age could walk almost properly she couldn't even stand, she was almost of 20 months when she walked first, and it was late for her age. She was always weak and I make sure to make her strong, strong enough that she doesn't feel different from other kids. You know when I shifted for the first time, my neighbors were so sweet and they thought Deepy is my own kid, they never asked me though and I never told them too, when after 2 years I was shifting to another house then they came to know, though it was super hilarious. I just love her to much to lose her," She looked at Swayam who was who stopped jogging as well, like her quite a few minutes ago. "Go on," He said, "She is my only family, she is just like me, no parents, no siblings, no one, people thing she needs me, but they don't know how much I need her, I just can't possibly think of losing her." Sharon said and a tear escaped from her eyes which was willing to be fall down. Swayam raised her face by her chin and smiled at her, "Don't think that you are alone, Sharon. I am with you, for you and Deepy both. You both are my family now and you won't lose her, alright?" He said her while he had place his right palm on her left cheek.

They both decided to rest for few minutes on the nearby bench and then go to Deepy. Sharon was thinking something while suddenly she turned to Swayam, "Did I allow Deepy to go to swings alone?" Sharon asked quietly. Swayam's lip twisted in confusion, "Yes, you did." He said and in a second her face turned pale. "Shit!" She could all say that and immediately ran towards swing area and Swayam ran behind her, she stopped in her track when she saw something in front of her and Swayam also followed her. A women was holding Deepy's hand and she was crying loudly, tears were flowing out of her eyes and on her cheeks and everywhere and seems like that women was trying to make her stop by wiping her tears. Deepy's was intensely red and her knees were bruised. Sharon yelled her name and both Swayam and her ran towards Deepy. Sharon reached and immediately knelt down to Deepy's level and picked her in her arm and sat on the bench on her left side. Deepy cried louder and louder, she was so scared that Swayam panicked. She glared at the women who immediately said, "Please, it isn't my fault. She was sitting in the corner of the park, crying when I found her. I was looking for her parents because the poor child was so scared that she didn't speak at all." Swayam instantly calm down and sat next to Sharon who was crying herself quietly and rubbing scared Deepy's back. Deepy was hiccupping, "Di, I won't" Deepy said and hiccupped loudly and cried even louder, seeing her Sharon's heart was breaking into pieces. Deepy looked so fragile like she was scared so much that her tongue was stuck to a word, she tried to speak but it seems like her throat was chocked and she looked at Swayam raising her small hands which he took instantly and kissed her almost white knuckles. "She was bad" She said and leaned towards Swayam who took her and she hid herself in his chest while yelling in her cries and crying louder and louder until Sharon and Swayam felt that she couldn't breathe properly. That women looked at three of those, came close and whispered, "Thank God that your child is save at least, I don't know what happened but take care of her." She said and left from there.

Deepy cried for an hour, only it was that her cries subsided when a time. Sharon was crying as well, she was quiet and all time she just stare horribly scared Deepy in Swayam's arm. After sometime, Deepy slept off in his arms when she had no energy to cry more being a fragile baby. Sharon touched her bruised knees and cried even more, pressing her palm on her mouth. Swayam who was looking at her face, instantly wrapped another arm around her and her fall on his shoulder, hugging his from another side. He closed his eyes and sighed lightly. Sharon kept hugging her and Swayam kept his eyes close for few minutes until she stopped crying as well, "Sharon, we should go?" He said lightly and Sharon left him. Sharon stood raised her arms to take Deepy from his arms on which he said, "Sharon, she is precious to me too. Don't worry, I have her save." He said looking lovingly at her. Sharon nodded and they both walked out of the park.

Swayam had taken a cab and they reached home in few minutes. Sharon was looking at Deepy and Swayam. Sharon took a turn towards Deepy's room whereas he took towards their bedroom. Sharon looked behind and saw that he is taking her in their bedroom. Sharon walked inside slowly unable to think that what he is doing. Swayam made her lay down in the center of bed, took her jogging shoes off with her sweaters and put a blanket over her, seeing that she was sweating he switched on the air conditioner. He walked towards Sharon, "She will stay in our room at least for the day, alright? Ask Sarah to bring few of her toys and clothes here and tomorrow in Sunday she is only going school from Monday, is it fine?" Swayam asked politely, looking just a caring father. Sharon just stared at her and hugged her tightly immediately. Swayam hugged her back, like no one can hug her. She rested her face in the crook of her neck and he kissed on her head making her more comfortable in his arms. There was one thing which made Swayam scared more, more than Sharon as well because only he knew that her mother was back and Deepy said that 'She was bad' when she was crying. He was scared and he never said by his own tongue but he was scared of losing his small family now. After a while Swayam make Sharon lay down next to Deepy and covered her also with blanket by which she slept in few minutes, hugging Deepy protectively. He sat on the other side of Deepy and looked at both of them, sleeping not so peacefully and it was also evident on their sleeping faces. He told Sarah that what she needs to make for lunch and told that that they will directly have lunch and he is taking nap, after that he took joined Deepy and Sharon but he couldn't sleep at all, though he closed his eyes so that his head will stop hurting and it did worked. After half an hour Sarah lightly knocked on the door, "Wait, Sarah." He said lightly and walked towards the door, opened it. "Sir, there is a letter for you." Sarah said and walked off giving it to Swayam. He walked towards the bed and sat down and opened a letter, all he could read was,

"It is just a beginning, Son."
