All of you are perfectly justified in your inferences.. I felt the same too...the initial takraars between jodha and akbar since last week are being dealt with maturity and subtlety - i.e. keeping in mind the era of the serial and yet being dramatic/contemporary enough to sustain interest of a 21st century crowd...
I am quite impressed by the makers since I wasn't expecting much of this serial at all..👏
as long as they don't start showing Ruqs scheming like a typical ek vamp I even like her insecurities wrt Jodha... not too OTT (at least as far as I'm concerned) yet enough that it looks believable (I realize the equation between the original Ruqs, Jalal or Jodha would have been nothing like this but still we need to remember that we're catering to a modern audience)
and as someone mentioned I LOVED the way Akbar caught Ruqs in her room... and how she didn't even flinch😳...she's so used to his ways... looking forward to the chemistry between Paridhi and RT so much
