No nandini is not eklavya's mom. First eklavya married the love of his life called shraddha. Shraddha is the real mom of eklavya. She died of cancer and Ansh started to take the evil path of life. He wanted to ruin the viranis so he married to nandini. He raped her and bhoomika[bhoomi] was born.
