New to forum

I just recently started watching Jodha Akbar. I can't remember what made me start, but I'm glad I did. I have seen many historical dramas and romance dramas, but seeing a historical romance is on a whole different level 😊. I was skeptical about the actor portraying Akbar, but I was pleasantly proven wrong. IMO, Rajat does justice to the character and he is a spot on Akbar, the cvs just have to work on keeping true to the historical figure. Jodha is very dignified and her eyes show her beauty and grace, she will be a formidable opponent to Akbar while also being the yin to his yang. I will have to think more on the other characters as I watch the show.

I saw the new promo (thank you for the link ambrosia), and I feel it's more symbolic than actually portraying what we saw. I think we will see many moments where Akbar will try to show how she is his and he can do whatever he pleases. I am looking forward to this interaction as it is set during a different era with a different way of thinking.

All in all I'm excited to see the upcoming episodes, and glad to be on this forum. 😆
