Rashi behaves worst than a criminally insane person. At least if someone is criminally insane the person does not realise he/she is doing wrong.

Rashi is supposed to be of sound mind and is mentally sane but despite that she is evil.

She and her mother hate the Modis especially Gopi. Since they hate the Modis a lot then Rashi should leave and live with her mother. Gopi is trying very hard to mould Radha into well behaved civilise and responsible person but Rashi blackmails Radha and as a result Radha have started to hate Gopi and Kokila.

radha should not have cleaned the kitchen with cow faeces but given Rashi a cow faeces bath by plastering the . that would have taken the smile from rashi's face. faeces on Rashi from head to toe

Rashi is truly a villain in this show. The only difference is that unlike other villains of other serials, she doesn't plan or want anyone's death. And as for the property thing, I'm pretty sure we will get a track where Rashi will try to get a lot of property on her or Jigars name.
