How will Gauri reach Mangalore? She was happy and settled in a good job at a big hospital in Mumbai and did not want to shift anywhere else even when Jagya asked her to (when he got offer of managing a friend's hospital in Bangalore).

And even if she is there, how is it possible that she and her student/trainee would have such long and detailed chats about personal matters? Neither Gauri had habit of interacting beyond professional boundaries, nor Ganga has habit of talking personal matters to anyone (she doesn't open up much to people close to her either).

I don't think this situation is possible. Ganga will be too focused on being independent for sake of her son, to talk to anyone else.

Plus if Gauri had to return then media would be full of such articles no?

I am interested in knowing about her fate - what she did with her life and that baby, whether she is dead or alive, single or married, what kind of relation she shares with her parents, whether she has any guilt or not etc.
Her reunion with Jagya isn't something that interests me. But her final fate does make me curious.

Doctors don't teach in nursing college, so how will Gauri teach Ganga? However, considering the CVs use limited actors, and almost always take too much creative liberty in the professional life of their characters, if they want to bring back Gauri now, this Gauri teaching Ganga may be possible.

It does not have to be Gauri teching Ganga. It is possible Gauri is a head of a surgery department
