Sikandar is not his dad. Don't know if you remember but they showed him in the earlier episodes and they also showed his father in a flashback fortunately they are two different persons :)

i think prpbably there is 2 possibilities, 1 is he could be arjun's worst enemy, other is he might be mad lover of roshini
