Hey Muneeza, Thanx for making me think something else besides Gaurav................ 😉 😆 😆
Although I am surprised that it's coming from you 👏 ......How could you think of anybody else. 😛 ... 😆 , Ok Ok now I will get serious...before you come here to kill me....
It's a mindteaser because we really will have to come out of our trance , where we are caught and look for talent outside also... which we ignored altogether ... 😆
This is the first time , I think, since I have started posting my views that I am writing something else except Gaurav.... But this name wil keep on coming after every 2-3 lines however hard I may try ....
So besides Gaurav, It was Kanwaljeet definitely, he was brilliant, There was a very emotional scene before gaurav entered the show, when Randhir goes to donate his kidneys for his daughter's higher studies when his family refuses to give money. It was really touching........ if I remember correctly, I tried hard to control my tears in that scene...... 😊
Before Gaurav's entry also, I was watching this show because of Kanwaljeet, I found this story of father daughter very interesting, and started following the show when randomly, one day, I saw a scene between Randhir and Rusty, where they both discover that they are father and daughter. And then Randhir's struggle with his family to accept his daughter, his tussle with whole of the world for the justice to his daughter was mindblowing, I never had a chance to say but I like him a lot. It was his natural acting that brought me to this show. He was a perfect, emotional, loving father, a confused husband with two wives at times and a very good villain later, such that I hated him for his role and negativity. We very easily forgot his intense acting in jail when he was beaten by policemen....... when he was homeless,.it was really a pity..... but we were not watching anything else except gaurav at that time....... 😆
I loved him in Neena Gupta's show Saans also. He was very good at comedy in a show called "Family NO 1 ". But I am happy that Gaurav with his powerful performance and charismatic appearance stole the show and overshadowed everybody else.
After Kanwaljeet, it was Kiron Kher, she had a small role but as we all know she is a very good actress, she can portray any character effortlessly..... and she did this one also, a loving mother, dedicated wife, dutiful daughter in law . and most importantly, the guilt of abandoning her own child was so well exhibited by her character.
So besides Gaurav, I loved these two characters, although I did not get any time and opportunity to praise them for their performance.. Thanx Muneeza for this thread... 👏
