Your epilogue's are my favourite, and perfect way to end a perfect story. Lau the way you round up all the characters in the "shattered" universe and to tell us about their pyaar ka naam!
Even though I thought it was K you were talking about (Should have known better dammit..I am disappointed, although u ramanchi'd) the first scene describing motherhood..sounded so beautiful and real, just how you this whole story was. SKD of the real world.
I hadn't really thought deeply about the NK+Lava story, how they must have met..and they must probably be facing the same difficulty of the past even if Lava has nothing to do with it. His guilt over what happened with Anjali, his love for her...moving on must have almost felt like a betrayal to all that. And seeing him that way, although recovered and moving on, must not be easy for Lava. How can you not have you ever fully know..the whole "second" chance at love does come with its own set of problems. The way you brought it out in the epilogue of all places, was unexpected yet exactly what I would have wanted to read about! And even more unexpected I loved the way you did it from Lava's perspective!!! THANK YOU. Everything and more indeed.
Ahh I said this that one time Akash and Payal collided, that I am so freaking happy to see them out of their usual "meekness" especially Akash. So obviously I couldnt wait to see what you'd do with them in the future. I loved the conversation!! Also M tink u brake da below neck rule ya? M disappoint heer..cause dan why didnt you go the hole 22 Yards DAMMIT?! And I cant believe you just wrote like 10lines about them..I want to read more!!
So that brings me to, you owe us all two spinoffs, NK+Lava and Akash+Payal!! Its only fair, bas.
I was kind of curious about the sort of relationship shashi/garima shared with their kids..I mean we know all that happened in the past..but after all that. It was nice to see them bickering about the samadhi's, again never thought about all that..love how many new things you brought in the epilogue keeping it fresh and interesting..and doing it all without a "mysterious angle"! I also liked to hear Shashi's perspective about Arnav very similar to NK's. We already know how Garima felt!
AND the end of part 1 was so much like K3G, SRK style entry dun! Except for once instead of Maaa its Kkkhushi. YAY.
Ab-freakin-lutely loved the family all coming to terms and accepting A+Ks relationship, after all the apprehensions. If they are convinced, than what to think of A and K themselves.
And I loved how after the one year you really did show us how much khushi has changed, something that wouldn't have been possible without arnav. And their relationship is how they were able to deal with the past. Because what is to say if they hadnt met each other again would K ever be able to let go of her guilt and A of his anguish? Maybe if they fell in love with her other people like La and NK..but thats a very rare maybe. I love how you highlighted that. I think the past cant just be eradicated like that..and I love that throughout they have consciously tried to deal with it, instead of put it in the back of their mind. And I am glad that you haven't just told us "then they lived happily ever after" but rather shown its been a path of ups and downs! PERFECTION ;) hamesha! Balance is your forte so for all the struggles you also gave us a hot steamy shattering snog.
There was the open-ended issue of will K take up politics or not. And I love the complete expel way of dealing with it! I dont even know what to say, only you can find solutions, keep them realistic and convince me..that its your way or no way at all. I could understand where K was coming from..and I expected A to be like "i told you so" but thats me as always underestimating him. He has really been one of my favourite A's like ever. I dont know people think that as IPK phankis we always put him up on some kind of pedestal even when he has deserved no kind of respect, but here for once he deserves all that respect and more! And thats not because he has been "perfect", not by any means..he had his short comings and he worked on them. And now look he is helping someone else get over their's! And all because of da lau lau lau..Always knew it was more than physics, they fit perfectly otherwise too :P
I liked that you did bring in religion the one last time, I wanted to see how they dealt with it..when it came to K being a politician to them being married. I do admire Nani for all she is trying to do..It added realism to the story!
And then there is the long list of the teachings of Arnav Singh Raizada..thank you for not shattering my gutter predickshuns!

I love that one thing common throughout all this is fighting for your beliefs, relationships..love, because nothing really comes easy..in this shattering SKD. N dan "best inspirational ff award" dun ;)
I like that there is always more to get out of your stories, then just a nice romance. And that is one of the reasons why shattered has been a favourite!
Another is that it is a version of the IPK I would have Lau'd to see, even if you think its all AU, to me it would have fit in perfectly. I have told you that already a million times!
Like many others I did wish the story went on for more chapters than just the 12, but I would rather take something than nothing at all!
I remember your apprehensions, that were totally baseless...those updates were some of my favourites. Especially the interlude! It changed everything and yet nothing at all..Also my favourite parts were before the interlude when they went spelunking ;) or when they were dealing with all these loose emoushuns without the past being revealed. Your mysteries often make me so frustrated, its not the hair on my head that I loose but also my skd wali sleep. Yet that is precisely why I loved this story so effing much. I am just glad I followed this story as you were writing it, as always it was like the most fun period of the show was back on, when there were theories, and waking up at strange times to catch re-runs etc happening.
Thank you also for making me GUESS stuff and dan ROFL-ing after. Thank you for teasing me..about the story and being french. It all just reminds me how far we have come for two people on the internet.
And if the million followers, likes, comments, spams werent enough you have constantly been hall-of-faming it in the fan fiction world!! Congratulations :)
Finally, Shattered is precisely why I am addicted to your brand of SKDs...realistic, objective and with a million pheelz. I am going to miss these..but I am glad you have a mountain of writings behind you..so I can always come back and re-read, unless u move to a padlocked blog?
