I don't think that will happen or that RK heard it all. RK was given that injection cum painkiller which is sure to have knocked him out. But he must have some other plan up his sleeve which he was discussing with Bittuji and for which he gave him 24 hrs time. He believes what Madhu told him but doesn't want her go chasing after that gangster for proof and fall into some trouble. He is still worried about Madhu's safety.
