Episode 100
Congrats to the entire team once again for reaching to 100th episode 🥳
Today's episode mixture of sweet😳, karam and thollai
Missed few seconds on the start .. but i guess Raji had asked Karthik what day today is? Karthik ask what she will give if he tells her and Raji in heart says Iruki anaichu oru umma taruven.. smiles and then says dozen dozen aa taruven 😉 Karthik gives her a card and its 100th days. She goes glowing and ask how come he remembered? Karthik ask how can he forget today is the 100th day since they have meet. He then ask Raji to give him. Raji confuse and ask what? Karthik says the dozen dozen that she mention in her heart. Raji goes shock and ask if he heard her mind voice. Karthik smiles and says yes of course as his inside her heart. Raji blushes more. Vishnu goes off saying he needs to buy gifts for Laksh as its their 100th day too 😆 Karthik Raji laughs.

Susan comes to see Kumban and he says his surprise to see her working after 6pm. Susan says they all work late if needed. He then ask Susan how far has the team gone with the metro project. Susan stammers as she herself not sure how much they have done and gives a not sure figure saying around 10 - 15 %. Kumban ask how come they only have done that much? Susan tries to reason out saying they still have 6 more days for dateline. Kumban tells her its 4 days minus the saturday and sunday. Susan tries to say they will be able to complete it before the dateline. Kumban calls Kausik and he comes to the room. Kumban ask how is the metro project going on and how much has his team completed. Kausik says project is fully completed. 😲 Susan feels her face burning. Kumban ask how many days it took them and he replies 4 days. Kumban further ask how was that possible and Kausif proudly says they worked on saturday sunday too to finish the project. Kumban ask Susan if she had heard what Kausi had said? This is how its suppose to work. Not wait till the last date to submit the project.
Susan just remains silent. Kumban then assigns Kausi to take over the remaining half from Susan team and to complete the entire project (😲did i hear that right?) . Kausi gives an evil victory smile and goes back to his room. Susan is unable to reason out with Kumban. He just ask her and her team to have holiday by coming to office. Susan stands up to leave. Kumban tells her that her team is useless. Unless she throws them away, she is never going to go up at all. Susan leaves.
All four discussing it seriously about what happen. Laksh tells them that Susan is so hot and angry right no and refuse to entertain anyone. Karthik ask what is the matter with kumban? They still have few days for dateline. Laksh ask how can Karthik say like this? Kausi has proved it by completing the half project given to them. Now they have nothing to do as their's are given to Kausi team to be done. Looks like they have nothing to work on right now. Karthik ask if they can't plead on this or anything? How can Kumban take such action? Laksh says in order to complete a project, the manager has every right to decide. Kumban has given Susan left and right. Laksh feels they have let Susan down. Karthik says they have to go and see Susan. Raji refuses as she feels Kumban is doing all this as his angry with her. Vishnu tells she is wrong.. Kumban has more love feelings towards Karthik and that could be the reason too. Laksh too refuse to come to meet susan. Karthik goes alone to meet susan.

Susan angrily ask how to make her feel better? She is so humiliated and she feels her team has let her down. Karthik says its not fair to talk like that as they had worked hard before. Susan ask which before? For the wallmarz project? That was old story. Now this new project they are yet to start anything and its so ashamed to know Kausi team has completed it. She looks at Karthik and ask him to tell honestly have then been really working these days?? Karthik puts his head down. Susan says before this Kausi was there to push them, after he left by right Laksh was suppose to to that. But she failed.
