"Good morning mom" Antara said walking down the stairs.
"Good morning beta" she said as she gave Antara a side hug. "So what's your plan for today? Anything special" she asked winking at Antara as she began to blush.
"No mom. I am just going to go to college and come back home okay?" Antara said sarcastically as she grabbed her frosted flakes and bowl. She sat down for breakfast as her moment sat right beside her.
"Are you sure? No hanging out with friends? No hanging out with Raghunath?" she asked nudging Antara.
"Mom no way! I am not talking to Raghu. You know what he didn't even call me today not once. I got a call from Geet, MachMach, Sonu, Battery, Nikhil, and you even came to wish me Happy Birthday. But that'that stupid, idiot, jerk, moron'god what else do I call him, didn't bother to call me even once" Antara shouted. She pushed away her bowl of cereal without even eating it. She had just lost her appetite talking about Raghu. Antara grabbed her bag and headed for the front door. "Bye mom"
"Beta eat your breakfast first before you go" her mom said chasing after Antara before she could reach the front door, but it was too late she was already out the door.
"Gosh dammit I hate this Raghu! You know what that's it I am going to break up with him" Antara said marching up to her car. She got in the car and slammed the door, started the ignition and reversed out of the driveway on her way to college.
"Yeah she just left" Antara's mom said as she closed the blinds of the window. "She looked really angry'you might have gone too" she said walking over to the couch and sitting down. "Okay beta I'll talk to you later. Bye take care" she said hanging up the phone. "Hmm, chocolate cake? Antara loves chocolate" she said walking into the kitchen.
Antara finally arrived at the college, but she wasn't very happy boys and girls from different classes came up to her and wished her happy birthday. She was Antara Kaul, the most popular student at college. Girls looked up to her and guy looked at her. She is was the shining star of the school and yet she felt like the dullest star when arriving to school.
"Hey Antara" Geet said walking up to Antara "What's wrong" she asked giving her a side hug.
"Nothing." Antara said returning her hug.
"Happy birthday once again" Geet said linking her arm with Antara as they both walked to the canteen.
"Yaar please don't remind me" Antara said irritatedly as they continued to walk. Geet stopped walking and turned to Antara.
"Are you sure everything is okay Antara" Geet asked worriedly.
"Geet, RAGHU hasn't wished me happy birthday! I honestly thought he would be the first one, but no" Antara said as a single tear slipped from her eye. Geet wiped away her tear.
"yaar don't worry you know boys are boys. You know what forget about him why fear when Geet's here" she said smiling, making Antara giggle a bit. "Canteen for coffee" Geet asked and Antara nodded her head. Upon arriving to the canteen there was a loud cheer.
"Happy Birthday Antara" everyone shouted as streamers and confetti was flying in the air. The canteen was filled with balloons and flowers. Everyone Antara knew was there wishing her, but her eyes were searching for someone else. As she met everyone and thanked them for the surprise, the lights in the canteen turned off and a spot light was turned on. Antara looked towards where the spot light was pointing and noticed a figure.
"Raghu" Antara whispered as she walked closer to the figure. The figure turned around but he was wearing a mask. Antara couldn't figure out who it was until she heard his voice.
"Khushboo ki tarah meri har saans main, pyar apna basane ka wada karo. Rang jitney tumahari mohabat ki hain, mere dil me sajane ka wada karo" said the figure presenting Antara with a rose. Antara smiled and hugged him.
"RAGHU thank you" she said squeezing him tight, but she heard him giggle. "Raghu why are you laughing" she asked pulling away from the hug.
"Yaar I'm not RAGHU I'm Battery" Battery said taking off the mask and surprising Antara. Antara quickly pushed away from Battery.
"What?" she shouted not happy to see that it was Battery and not Raghu. But to her it sounded exactly like Raghu. She thanked Battery for the wonderful gift and turned around to walk away. On her way out she bumped into someone.
"Happy Birthday babe" she looked up to see Raghu. He gave her his million dollar smile and spread his arms open awaiting a hug. However, Antara burst into tears and ran into the garden. "Antara" Raghu yelled running after Antara. He saw her sitting at a bench and walked up to her. "Babe what's wrong?" he asked kneeling down in front of her.
"Raghu I hate you" Antara said as she sobbed even more.
"But why?" Raghu asked getting up and sitting next to her. He started rubbing her back so she would calm down.
"It's been 6 years since we have been dating and you were always the first one to wish me happy birthday, than what happened this year?" Antara asked crying.
"I am sorry! I seriously got busy last night and just fell asleep on my computer I didn't even realize until I woke up" RAGHU said turning Antara around towards him. "I am truly sorry" he said holding his ears.
"I seriously hate you" she said getting up and walking away until someone stopped her.
"Nazare mile toh pyar hojata hai. Palke uthe to izhaar hojata hi. Na jane kya kashish hai chahat main, ke koi anjaan bhi hamari zindagi ka haqdaar hojata hai." Antara looked up and saw one her fellow classmates from her math class standing in front of her. He gave her a rose and walked away. RAGHU came walking up to her frustration and confusion in his eyes.
"Who was that?" he asked, anyone could tell that he was jealous.
"Why what's it to you?" Antara asked smiling at the rose as she took the first one out of her bag and held them together. Raghu turned her around and stared her right in the eye.
"What do you mean what's it to me? I am boyfriend" He shouted and walked away.
"Raghu" Antara said running after him, but stopped immediately. "Why am I running after him? He is the one that forgot to wish me happy birthday at midnight" she thought. She turned around, put a smile on and walked in the opposite direction.
"MachMach" Antara said walking up to him.
"Hey Antara. Happy birthday" He excitedly said as he gave her a big hug.
"Thanks MachMach" she said returning his hug.
"Where's Raghu?" MachMach asked releasing Antara from the hug.
"I don't care and I don't want to know" Antara grunted as she folded her arms.
"Okay" MachMach whispered knowing something was up between them. "Let's go to class" he said smiling hoping class would get her mind off of whatever happened between them. Just as they were about to enter class another student came up to Antara.
"Pyar who ehsaas hai jo mitata nahi. Pyar who parwat hai jo jhukta nahi. Pyar ki keemat kya hai humse pucho. Pyar who anmol hira hai jo bikta nahi" said one of Antara and MachMach's classmates as they gave Antara a rose. Antara took the rose and blushed. "Thank you"
"Wow was that from Raghu" MachMach asked impressed with the situation.
"Don't you dare take his name in front of me. Whoever is sending me these flowers is too sweet. A lot better than that Raghu" Antara said gazing at the rose.
"Who gave you the rose this time?" Antara turned around to see RAGHU.
"Once again, what's it to you? Whoever it is is doing a better job than you and you are my boyfriend" Antara said walking into the classroom and sitting down. Raghu followed right behind her and took a seat next to her, but during the entire class time they didn't bother to look at each or speak to each other.
"Okay class that's it for today you may leave" The professor said excusing everyone from class. Nikita came from behind and hugged Antara.
"Happy birthday" she said as Antara returned the hug.
"Thanks Nikita. You are coming to tonights party right" Antara asked releasing Nikita from the hug.
"Of course I am, but I don't know what to where?" she said looking down since she always wore indian.
"Don't worry babes I am going shopping right now for a dress tonight, come with me? We will definitely find something. MachMach you should come too?" Antara asked turning towards MachMach.
"Sure" both MachMach and Nikita said.
"Oye RAGHU come with us I don't want to be the only male with females" he asked walking up to Raghu as he was packing his bag.
"Okay sure" Raghu said swinging his bag over his shoulder.
"No way" Antara said turning around in anger and folding her arms.
"Antara for me come on" MachMach pleaded.
"Fine. Let's go im getting late" Antara said linking her arms with Nikita and walking out of the classroom.
"Yaar she is going to kill me one day" Raghu said walking out of the classroom with MachMach.
The four of the finally arrived at the mall and of course the shopping was for the ladies and the guys were there to carry the bags. "Nikita, this is my favorite shop. Let's go there first" Antara said leading Nikita into Forever 21. The guys quietly followed them inside and allowed the girls to choose the outfit they wanted to try on. "Okay let's go try these on" Antara said dragging Nikita to the changing room. They both went in to their outfits as the guys sat outside to judge whether it looked good or not.

"How do I look" Antara asked spinning around so MachMach and Raghu could get a good look. They both looked at each other and smiled "Next" they both said. Antara huffed and walked back inside. Nikita came outside, but MachMach didn't like her dress so told her to try another one.

But at the same time Nikita also came out. "How do I look?" Antara asked, expecting an answer from MachMach, but he was too busy looking at Nikita.
"You look great" Raghu said.
"I don't care what you think" Antara said walking back in the changing room.
"We have to get this one let's go" MachMach said grabbing Nikita's hand and walking over to register.
"Nikita can you help me I can reach the zipper from the back" Antara shouted. Raghu looked around, but couldn't find Nikita. "Nikita please help me" Antara shouted again. Raghu slowly got up and walked over to the changing room. He hesitated to open the door. "Should I? She will get mad?" Raghu thought standing in front of the door. "Nikita" Antara shouted again. Raghu closed his eyes and took a deep breath he opened his eyes and stared at the door. "You can do this bro" with self-motivation Raghu opened the door. He walked in and the sight before him was beautiful. Antara stood there with her back facing Raghu. "Nikita finally please help me" she said removing her hand from back revealing her bra strap. Raghu quickly closed his eyes "dude this is wrong" he thought "dude she needs your help though" he thought. He finally opened his eyes and walked up to Antara. Still thinking it was Nikita she began to talk about all the dresses to see whether Nikita liked any of them. Raghu tuned out her voice as he came close to her. He hands slowly reached forward to touch the zipper but he stopped. He looked up and to see Antara's bare neck. She was looking so simple, how could he resist her. "God she makes me crazy" he thought as he unfroze his hand and brought them to the zipper. He began to slide the zipper up when his finger grazed upon Antara's back. She let out a small gasp and closed her eyes. "Raghu" she thought as she felt his finger slide all the up until the zipper was closed. Raghu walked closer her so that her back was up against his chest. He felt her breathing up and down. It was so steady that it was hard for him to distinguish whose was whose. Antara slowly opened her eyes and turned around slowly. Raghu took a good look at her from head to toe and whispered "Beautiful"
Antara blushed, and looked down at the floor. Raghu smiled and lifted her chin up. "Antara you are looking so beautiful" he whispered. He leaned forward and kissed her on her forehead. Antara closed her eyes as her breathing got heavier and heavier. He leaned to the side and kissed her on her cheek. Antara started blushing and hugged Raghu. Raghu moved Antara's hair off her shoulder and kissed the groove of her neck. She let out a small gasp and intoxicated Raghu. Raghu trailed his kisses up to her ear as her grip on him got tighter and tighter. Raghu turned to the other side of Antara's neck and moved the hair to the other side. He kissed the groove of her neck making Antara moan in pleasure. He couldn't resist the softness of her skin so he bit her neck. Antara winced in pain, but once again moaned as Raghu kissed her where he bit her in order to sooth the pain. "Ahhh Raghu" Antara said as she moved her arms around his neck. She started to caress his hair and he became aroused. He lifted his head up and looked Antara in the eyes. They both were intoxicated by each other's love. They slowly closed the eyes and tilted their head in opposite directions the distance between the lips were getting smaller and smaller as their breath began to intermingle. RAGHU leaned in closer and kissed the edge of her lips to tease her pulled him closer as a result and forced herself upon him, but just as their lips were about to collide MachMach came screaming "Raghu." Raghu quickly released Antara as she stood their blushing.
"You should go out first" Raghu said making room for her to leave. She was about to leave when Raghu stopped her. "One second" he said walking up to her He reached forward to her lips and fixed the smudge of her lipstick on the side. "Now you can go" he said making Antara blush until she was a tomato. Antara ran out of the changing room and bumped into MachMach.
"Antara where is Raghu?" he asked looking around in the shop.
"I don't sorry. I am going to go get this dress. I'll meet you outside" Antara said walking over to the register. When the coast was clear Raghu came out of the changing room and bumped into MachMach.
"Dude where were you?" MachMach asked.
"I was looking around. Ready?" he asked walking over to the register.
"Ya let's go" MachMach said walking ahead of Raghu and Antara to catch up with Nikita. Antara walked hand in hand with RAGHU outside the store as she continued to blush. On their way outside another guy stopped Antara.
"Ishq aisa karo ko dhadkan mein bas jaaye. Saans bhi lo to khushboo usi ki aaye. Pyaar ka nasha aankhon pe chaa jaaye. Baat kuch bhi na ho par naam usi ka aaye." He said handing Antara a rose and walking away, Raghu let go of Antara's hand and walked ahead of her in anger. The guys dropped both the girls home so they could get ready for the party.
It was already 8:00pm and Antara had to arrive at the venue by 8:30pm. Getting ready in the dress she had bought she headed downstairs. "Mom I'm going" she said kissing her mom on the cheek.
"Okay beta take care of yourself" she said walking Antara to the door. As soon as Antara got there she saw a limo waiting outside. She put her car keys inside her bag and walked over to the limo. "Nikhil" she said seeing Nikhil cBatteryng out of the limo. He stood in front of her and presented her with a rose.
"Hasrat hai sirf tumhe pane ki, aur koi khwashish nahi is deewane ki. Shikwa mujhe tumse nahi khuda se hai, kya zarurat thi tumhe intna khubsurat banane ki" Antara smiled and took the rose from his hand. "Thank you Nikhil" They both sat down in the limo and were off to the party.
"Antara we are here Nikhil said opening the door and stepping out. Antara came out of the limo and stood there amazed. The place was decorated with green and blue her favorite colors. Flowers of all colors arranged in the shape of 21 and the people were dressed up to perfection.
"Wow" she walking into the venue as she walked passed everyone as they clapped for her. She went into the venue and was even more mesmerized than before. "Yaar Nikhil this is amazing" Antara said walking further into the party. "MachMach" she screamed as she saw him talking on the other side of one of the tables. She ran up to him and hugged him. 'Thanks so much for the party yaar"
"Party, I didn't throw this party. In fact I was invited here" MachMach said releasing her from the hug.
"Oh, than who did?" Antara asked.
"I honestly don't know" MachMach said "But I have this for you" he pulled out a rose and presented it to her. "Bahane bahane se aapki baat karte hai. Har pal aapko mehsus karte hai. Itni baar to aap saans bhi nahi lete honge jitni baar him aapko yaad karte hai"
Antara smiled and took the rose "Thank you" she said and gave him a hug.
"Antara" she turned around to see Geet.
"Geet, hi babes" she said giving her a hug.
"This place is fantastic" Geet said releasing herself from the hug and looking around at the venue.
"I know yaar, I just don't know who threw the party" Antara said looking around.
"Seriously? Well whoever did it, did a mind-blowing job" Geet said.
The lights of the venue turned off and a spotlight was turned on. "Ladies and gentlemen" The entire group turned towards the front of the party to see who it was. "I would like to thank you all for coming to this party."
"Keshav?" Antara said noticing Keshav up on stage wearing a suit.
"I have a gift for Antara, Antara can you please come up here" Keshav asked sweetly. Antara smiled and made her way up the stage. Keshav pulled out a rose and gave it to Antara.
"Jadoo hai teri har ek baat mein. Yaad bahut aate ho din aur raat mein. Kal jab..jab..Bhaiya I forgot the line" Keshav shouted as he looked around. Antara looked around and spotted a figure moving. The lights were shone on him but it was too hard for her too see.
"Kal jab dekha tha mene sapna raat mein, tab bhi apka hi haath tha mere haath mein" Everyone clapped around them. The spot light turned off and the venue lights were turned on.
"Raghu" Antara whispered as she saw him approaching her.
"Happy Birthday Antara" Raghu said walking up to her. The crowd started to quiet down.
"This was all you? These roses were from you?" Antara asked pulling out the other 6 roses from her bag and gathering it with the 7th rose from Keshav.
"Yes, but there's more. You know when someone gets married they take seven rounds around the fire" RAGHU said taking the roses from Antara.
"The first round is for provision and nourishment. The couple prays to god to provide them with nourishment and pure food so that they can live together with respect and honor for one another" Raghu said handing Antara the first rose.
"The second round is for strength. The couple promises to growth together mentally, physically and spiritually." Raghu said handing Antara the second rose. He looked at her and noticed that she had tears in her eyes. He smiled and gave her hug. He kissed the top of her head and released from the hug.
"The third round is for prosperity. The couple promises to earn and raise wealth in an honest way to support their family. They promise to be with each other through happiness and sorrow. The women promises to be devoted to her husband and the man promises to respect his wife as the one and only woman in his life." Raghu said presenting Antara with the third rose.
"The fourth round is for family. The couple promises to strengthen their family relationship and to take care of the elders of their family." Raghu said giving Antara the fourth rose. Antara started crying because she knew what was coming. Geet came up to her and hugged in order to support her. RAGHU smiled and continued.
"The fifth round is for progeny. The couple prays to god to grant them with healthy and courageous children. They promise to be good parents" RAGHU said handing Antara the fifth rose. Antara smiled and took it into hand adding it to the rest.
"The sixth round is for health. The couple prays to god for a healthy life for themselves and their families." Raghu said giving Antara the sixth rose.
"The last round, the seventh round is for love and friendship. The couple promises to be faithful to each other and pray to god for the wisdom of maturity" Raghu said handing her the last rose. Antara smiled and took the rose. She engulfed him in her arms as her tears would not stop flowing.
"Raghu you did this all for me? I was ready to break with you this morning. I was so mad at you, for no reason" Antara said in his arms. Raghu smiled and released her from the hug and the gazed at her. He slowly wiped away her tears as she continued to talk. "Raghu I am so sorry I did this to you. Please forgive me? And why did you not tell me before, god you were getting mad at me" Antara said as her expression went from sadness to anger. She hit him on the chest "you are so mean. I'm not talking to you, god you ruined my make-up" Antara shouted turning around and walking away.
"Khushboo ki tarah meri har saans main.
Pyar apna basane ka wada karo.
Rang jitney tumahari mohabat ki hain.
Mere dil me sajane ka wada karo"
Antara stopped in her tracks as Raghu continued.

Antara slowly turned around realizing he was repeating everything that those boys had told her this morning when they were giving her the roses.
"Ishq aisa karo ko dhadkan mein bas jaaye.

Baat kuch bhi na ho par naam usi ka aaye."

Raghu slowly walked up to Antara

Raghu took a hold of Antara's right hand.
"Jadoo hai teri har ek baat mein.
Yaad bahut aate ho din aur raat mein
Kal jab dekha tha mene sapna raat mein.
Tab bhi apka hi haath tha mere haath mein"
RAGHU slowly got on one knee and pulled out another rose. He opened the cover of the rose and inside was a ring. Antara covered her mouth in shock with her other hand as tears of joy escaped her eyes.
"Antara Kaul, Will you take me Raghunath Naik to have and to hold, till death do us part? Will you marry me?" RAGHU asked looking into Antara's eyes as the tears in his eyes couldn't stop flowing either.
"Yes Raghu. Yes yes yes yes" Antara shouted and bent down to hug him! She squeezed him so tight in excitement that the crowd began to laugh as they clapped in enjoyment for the lovely couple. Raghu released himself from the hug.
"May I?" He asked putting forth his hand. Antara put out her hand and Raghu took a hold of it. He slipped on the ring and kissed it. Raghu stood up and engulfed Antara in his arms lifting her off the ground. Antara kept shouting "I love you Raghu" as he kept whispering "I love you Antara" Raghu brought Antara back to the floor, but did not let go of her.
"Kiss, kiss, kiss" the crowd shouted. Raghu and Antara laughed and he indicated her to come closer. He captured her lips and kissed her softly. The crowd erupted in applause. He released her from the kiss and smiled, Antara stood there blushing and he bent her head down and kissed her on her forehead.
"I love you Antara" he whispered in her ear.
"Bhaiya" Raghu turned around to see Keshav.
"Ha Keshav" Raghu asked releasing Antara from his hold and hugging his brother.
"Can I call Antara, Antarabhabi now?" Keshav asked smiling. Raghu laughed and turned to Antara.
She stood there blushing and Raghu winked at her "Yes you can"
