Chapter 6

"What is this?" he asked horrified.

"What? Are you dumb? Can't you see two tickets for Goa?" his Dad said smirking. "for your hhoonneeyymmooonn." He stretched the word honeymoon and smirked.

Sharon was looking at Swayam tensed. She knew for him marriage was enough but on top of that they told him for the rituals and now HONEYMOON. He surely will collapse. She mentally face palmed.

"Dad but what will we do there?" he asked confused, shocked, horrified.

His parents laughed hysterically. He looked at them with his mouth and eyes wide. But Sharon, she couldn't do anything other than blushing because of this stupid question by her husband.

"Now don't tell me Swayam that we will have to teach you everything!" his Dad said in an amused tone in between his laugh.

"Don't worry beta, Sharon is there na, she will teach you everything!" his Mom said smirking.

Sharon felt like the floor should open up and it should gulp her down. She couldn't take their words. It was making her blush like hell. But then the thought of Swayam came into her mind. He must be really pissed. What should i do to handle this situation? If we will go then he will get uncomfortable and mad and if we say no then Mom and Dad will be hurt. What should i do?

On the other hand Swayam didn't know how to react. He just gulped the lump which was there in his throat. Oh God what is all this? How will i stop them? We are just friends. We don't need to go to any honeymoon. Sharon will get uncomfortable for sure. She is doing this for her parents and Mom and Dad wants us to go to honeymoon. He groaned.

"Umm Mom.." Sharon started to say something but she was cut off by Mrs. Shekhawat. "Yes Sharon i know that you will handle everything." She said quietly and Sharon could see hope shinning in her eyes." We don't have time so let's go and do the packing." She couldn't say no to her. They will really be hurt. Mr. and Mrs. Shekhawat trust her so much but what about Swayam? She looked at him who was looking at her worried. She blinked her eyes to tell him to relax. Mrs. Shekhawat took her inside for packing and all. While packing she felt her phone buzz.

"Are you fine with this decision? I mean will you be comfortable to go with me? I know you are doing this for your parents so if you want we can cancel this!"

She was shocked to see the message. She couldn't believe what she read. She read the message over and over again. Swayam messaged her thinking whether she is fine with the honeymoon thing or not. So he was actually worried for her not because he was uncomfortable. He was worried whether she is comfortable or not? She couldn't breathe. Swayam was thinking about her comfort. She felt she will pass out any moment.

"Its Swayam's message right?" Mrs. Shekhawat asked her by raising one eye brow. She nodded her head into positive. "Has he told you to cancel the honeymoon?" she asked sadly. "No Mom he is asking me whether i am comfortable in going with him or not? He has also said if i want we can cancel it." she said slightly blushing. Mrs. Shekhawat looked at her surprised. "What?" she again blushed. She hugged Sharon tightly. "Beta you have done a magic in just one week. He has started to think and care about others like before." She pulled back and looked at Sharon. "He agreed for all the rituals and now he is not saying no for the honeymoon and asking you whether you will be comfortable or not! I really can't believe this is happening." Sharon smiled. "Mom i too can't believe this is happening." she returned her smile and said while tears rolling down from her eyes. "You know beta when i first saw you i was sure only you will be able to bring Swayam back and today i am glad that my instinct were right." Sharon wiped her tears and hugged her. "Sharon quickly reply to him otherwise he will think that may be you are uncom.."

She didn't even let her complete. She quickly replied to Swayam. "Don't worry Swayam i will always be comfortable around you! Remember we are friends and we are doing this for our parents? If we will go then they will be happy so we don't need to cancel it. We will just think that we are going on a trip.. you know friendship trip. :). So let's just go. But are you sure you are comfortable with this?"

She again resumed packing her and Swayam's stuff. Her phone buzzed in a minute. She opened the message which read

"Yeah i am comfortable as i know we are friends now but i was worried for you. But now i am relaxed. But Miss be prepared..its Goa and there i will beat you in many things. i hope you got what i wanted to hint at ;)".

His message made her laugh. "i am sure this time you will not be able to beat me Swayam :P." she replied back though she knew she will always let Swayam win. To see a smile on his face she can do anything.

The time of flight was coming close and now Swayam, Sharon, Mr. and Mrs. Shekhawat were in the car heading towards the airport. Swayam could see Sharon was worried about something but he couldn't figure out what. He had already asked her whether she is fine with this or not and she said yes but then why is she worried? He tried to ask her but every time either his Mom or his Dad interrupted him by saying something to him or her.

They were in the airport, their parents bid them goodbye and now both were heading for the flight. "Are you fine Sharon? You are looking so worried and i guess nervous too. See if you are not comfortab.." he was cut off by her. "No nothing like that Swayam!" "Then what is it?" he asked concerned.

"Umm i.." "What Sharon?" he asked now really getting worried for her.

"I am afraid of flights." She said shyly and he burst out laughing. This made her glare at him.

"What?" she groaned.

"No no i am sorry." Laugh "look at you" laugh "as if someone is going to kill you today." He said laughing hysterically. His laughter made her smile but she tried hard to hide it. How could he make fun of me? She cleared her throat. He stopped his laughter by pressing his lips tightly together but he failed.

"Arghh Swayam i am going." She started off. But he quickly hold her wrist to stop her. "Okay okay sorry. Wait please."

She looked at him. He bit his tongue to make himself stop from laughing. Then he dragged her towards the queue which was waiting for their bus to take them to their flight. Sharon tried to be mad at him for laughing at her like that but she couldn't. A smile was constantly playing on her face as she felt immense happiness to see Swayam laughing, smiling and enjoying with her.

They were in the flight now, Sharon sitting beside the window and Swayam beside her. He could see she was sweating though the air conditioner was working properly and he could hear her heart pounding against her chest loudly though he was not so close to her. He sighed and took her hand in his and this made Sharon jump. She was deep in her thoughts about how she will pass these 30 minutes in the flight. Whenever she travels in flight she has her medicine with her. But today she didn't know that they will be travelling and when she came to know she was so happy to see Swayam's message that she forget everything else, about her fear and problems. "Relax Sharon." He said to her in a soothing tone with concern in his eyes. She smiled a bit though that smile didn't reach her eyes. "Close your eyes." He said softly. "Huh?" "Close your eyes Sharon." He repeated. She closed her eyes. "Think about that person who makes you happy Sharon. Think about those moments which makes you smile and relax." He said in her ears. The person who makes her happy is sitting beside her. She is sure if he keeps looking at her lovingly then she will not feel scared. But she also knew that is not going to happen. She took her mind on that day when Swayam became her friend and he opened him to her. They had those food fights. He could see that a smile has taken over the frown which was there on her face. Her smile automatically brought a smile on his face though he didn't know about whom she was thinking. He took out his iPod from his pant pocket and placed the ear plugs in her ears and played some melodious music. Then he took her hand back in his hand and started to rub it soothingly. All her fears ran away instantly when she felt her fingers rubbing on her skin. She felt butterflies running around in her stomach. She didn't have to think about him now. His touch was enough to keep her distracted from her fears.

She felt the skin which was burning from his touch is feeling cold, incomplete. She opened her eyes and realised they have reached and the flight was on the land. She felt as if 30 minutes were too less for her. For the first time in her life she felt the flight journey shouldn't have stopped. She groaned. Swayam looked at her with a smile "hmm it looks like the person is very special about whom you were thinking?" she wanted to say yes you are very special. But she didn't have to think. His mere touch created havoc in her body. But again she couldn't. "Yes i was thinking about a very special friend." She said looking in his eyes lovingly. But he felt something unknown, some unknown thing happened in his heart. He doesn't know why he wanted that 'very special friend' to be him. He sighed and dusted off his thoughts.

They reached their hotel at Calangute in Goa. A boy around 16 or 17 took them with him to their room. Till the time they were excited thinking they are on a friendship trip, to have fun. But they forgot actually they were here for their honeymoon. When they entered the room they both gasped. The light of the room was dimmed, the floor was covered with red heart balloons, on the corner of the bed there were two birds made with towels and they were placed as if they are kissing. On the middle of the bed was a heart which was made with rose petals and the whole room was decorated with red rose and scented candle. On the tea table there was a cake, a bottle of wine and two glasses and a red rose bouquet. On the cake it was written "have fun ;)". Swayam instantly understood it's been instructed by his Dad. He looked up at the boy who was smirking at them. He faked a smile at him and gave him his tip indicating him to get out. But unfortunately he asked them a stupid, very stupid question which made both of them glare at that poor boy.

"Should i put up the do not disturb tag on the door?"

Sharon coughed and Swayam felt like beating the poor boy to his death.

"No thank you. Please leave." He said sternly.

"If you are so much in hurry then i should put it up na?" he said in a teasing tone.

This made both of them look at him shocked with their mouths wide open. Sharon shyly looked up at Swayam and that look on his face; anyone could have guessed that if the boy stays in there a second more he will surely be dead. She hold the boy by his arm and dragged him outside.

"Are you mad or what? Please go now." She said politely. The boy winked at her and ran away.

When she went inside she saw Swayam standing there with his hands on his hips, mouth open wide and groaning.

"Swayam relax. Let's go to the balcony and see the view outside?" she was blushing but tried hard not to show her shyness. He sighed and nodded his head in positive.

Both were standing in the balcony of their room and were looking outside at the sea. Both of them were mesmerised by the view. People were enjoying on water scooters, they were parasailing, some were swimming, kids were making sand hill and they couldn't wait anymore.

"Swayam i just can't wait to go there." She started to bounce. He laughed but it didn't go unnoticed by him that his heart skipped when it saw his bouncy, jumpy Sharon. His? He again sighed and dusted off his thoughts. "Yeah me too. Let's freshen up and go!"

"Yeah okay and i am hungry." She pouted.

He laughed. "Hmm me too but now we will have less food and enjoy at the beach. But during dinner i will show you who can eat more." she grinned and stuck her tongue at him and then gave him his towel and dress from his bag. When Swayam was in the bathroom taking shower she clicked pictures of everything in the room. She knew that for Swayam these are all fake but for her everything was real and close to her heart. After Swayam she took shower and both went to the restaurant and were having their lunch. Swayam could see her full concentration was at the beach. The restaurant was an open place and the beach was clearly visible. He could see she was not having and only gulping down her food. He laughed at her cuteness.

"Hey hey hey do you really want to go there?" he asked her teasing.

"Yeah of course." She said clumsily with a lot of food in her mouth. He laughed "slow down Sharon. The way you are having i don't think we will reach there." He pointed at the beach. She gave him a confused look. "I think i will have to take you to a doctor as i am sure the food will get stuck in your throat."

She smiled shyly at him and then they slowly finished their food and went to the beach practically jumping and dancing. Sharon practically dragged Swayam with her which made him jump and dance with her. When they reached there..

"Hey lets ride on water scooter!" he said cheerfully. "Yeah lets go." She jumped and dragged him to a scooter. Both laughing.

"Bubbles is that you?" someone asked. Sharon turned back and to see who it is whom Sharon was watching Swayam also turned. Sharon's smile became huge to see that person and Swayam stood there totally frozen.

I know again a cliffhanger 🤔 and you can kill me for this 😛 Cholly guys 😳
