Festivities in Shantivan has started yet again in full swing and Today is the Mehendi function of Dia and NK. Dia was looking absolutely stunning in her designer lehenga as sat there among teasing Khushi, Anjali , Payal and relatives ,blushing and smiling while the Mehendi wale drew beautiful intricate patterns on her hands and legs.

Khushi teased Dia "Dia , Hume Pura yakeen hai ki tumhari mehendi bohoti gehri chadegi.Aakhir humare Nanehji toh tumpe fida hai "( Dia am very sure your mehendi will be dark red.Afterall our Nanehji is absolutely crazy about you ) Dia blushed while Anjali and Payal laughed "Haan Khushiji aap bohot teek kehrahe hain.Humare NK bhai ke zubaan pe aajkal Dia ki naam ke alava aur kuch nikhal ta hi nahi hai " ( Ya Khushiji you are very right. These days other than Dia's name nothing else comes of out of NK Bhai lips )

"Arey di nothing like that.Pata nahi woh kahaan rehgaya.Subhe se mujhe ek baar bhi nahi mila " Dia said pouting as her gaze wandered around the house in search of her love.

Payal laughed "Arey Naniji ne unhe mana kiya hai neeche aane ke liye.Warna woh kab se yahaan hote " Still dia was annoyed with him.Here she is dressed in a pretty lehenga and he dint bother to see her even once.

Dia shrugged "Whatever ! Woh nahi hai toh kya.Di mera little prince and princess kahaan hai? Mera Arush mujhe kabhi ignore nahi karega " she said grinning widely searching for Arush.

Anjali too frowned looking around "Haan Khushiji hum bhi poochna chahte the.Arush, Arushi kahan hai? Hume sirf Anju aur Piyush nazaar aa rahe hain " she said pointing to her and Payal's kid who were running around the house chasing each other.

Khushi smiled "Aloo Amma aur Buaji ke paas hai aur Puri Arnavji ke saath " As soon as she finished her sentence she saw her son coming towards them in Garima's arms "mummaa "

"Arey aap aagaye " She lifted him in her arms and hugged him.After making him sit on her lap ,she smiled at him "Aapne Naniji aur Buajiko tang nahi ki na ? "

Arush gave a toothy grin and shook his head and said "No " Khushi rolled her eyes and muttered "Chotta laad governor " and everyone around them laughed at his reply in English.

Garima smiled "Arey bilkul naahi Khussi bitiya.Unko aap ki yaad aagaye isliye hum yahaan le aaye "

Khushi smiled at her son and kissed his chubby cheek "Apne amma ki yaad aagayi aapko" Arush then saw Dia and grinned "iaa"

Dia smiled happily "Hey my little prince.Main tumhe bohot miss ki.Aww you are so handsome today " Arush was wearing a cute sherwani in red looking very much like the prince she addresses him as.Since she had mehendi in her hands she couldn't touch him or kiss him like she always does.

There was a big squeal and Khushi turned to see Arushi running towards her followed by Arnav close behind her "Maaa " she ran and hugged Khushi legs.Arush smiled at his sister and pulled her pony tail playfully.

"Ahh " Arushi pouted at her bro and then grinned at Arnav who caught up with her "Khushi am sorry she just slipped away from my arms and ran straight to you " Arnav said looking at his brat daughter and Arushi just gave him an innocent sweet smile melting him.

Khushi smiled "Koi baat nahi Arnavji hum sambhalenge " Just then another Mehendi wali asked Khushi to choose her design for her mehendi.

Khushi shook her head with an apologetic smile and with a yearning look at the mehendi she said "Nahi hum iss baar mehendi nahi lagayenge"

Arnav frowned and spoke before others "Kyun Khushi? Tumhe Mehendi bohot pasand hai na ? "

Anjali nodded "Haan Khushiji kya hua? " Dia too looked at her confused.

Khushi smiled at them all reassuringly "Kuch nahi darasal baat yeh hai ki agar hum mehendi lagayenge toh Aloo aur Puri ko sambhal nahi payenge "

"Khushi main hoon na.Main in dono ko sambhaloonga tum mehendi lagao " Arnav said immediately surprising Khushi and Anjali who nodded appreciatively with a smile "Haan Khushiji Chotte hai na "

"Par Arnavji ----" she started only to be stopped by his smirk "Khushi I promised you that I will manage kids while you are busy with the functions right.Arnav Singh Raizada always keeps his promise "

At that moment Arushi squealed again and almost ran to Dia in excitement.Her eyes fixed on the Mehendi in Dia's hands.Dia smiled at Arushi but carefully held back her hands to protect them from getting smudged "Oww Sorry sweety main tumhe aaj cuddle nahi kar sakti.But once I take this off main tumhe chodungi nahi.Kitne cute lag rahi ho aaj just like a Barbie doll" she said with a smile admiring little Arushi in a baby pink knee length halter frock with matching clips adorning her hair along with a pony tail in pink satin ribbon.

Arnav lifted her up in his quickly but Arushi continued to look at the mehendi curiously "Kya hai ? " she asked pointing to the mehendi being drawn on every ones's hands now.

Arnav chuckled "Its called Mehendi princess " Arushi frowned and repeated in her baby voice "Vehendee? "

Arnav grinned at her "Yeah aise hi kuch.Now come lets go " Arushi looked back at the mehendi and began squirming in his arms pouting"Muhee vehendee chaiyee " and began crying.Arush was busy looking at the designs curiously.He found them fascinating for some reason.

Khushi got up and kissed Arushi "Puri jab aap bade honge na.Toh zaroor hum aapko dono haath mein mehendi lagayenge.Waise NK chachu kahan hai ? " she asked trying to divert her daughter with her favourite person in the house.

Arushi her lips firmly and kept glancing at the hands of everyone with Mehendi but nevertheless frowned and answered "Chachu wahaa " she said pointing upstairs to his room.

Arnav smiled "Chalo lets go and see what your Chachu is upto " He then turned and looked at Arush questioningly. As if understanding his father tactics, Arush went back to Khushi's lap and sat there cuddling her and looked at everything with interest.

Khushi smiled "Aloo ko hum sambhalenge " Arnav nodded "Agar kuch chahiye toh bulao " Khushi nodded with a smile "Ji.Aap bhi " in reply Arnav gave her a smirk and left with Arushi protesting and flailing her arms crying all the way up.

As the Mehendi lady began drawing on Khushi's arms, Khushi was surprised that her Aloo is so quiet and watching everything with interest.Usually he is the one who is least interested by all this just like his father.But today he infact seem to be enjoying it she thought as Arush grinned at her happily and followed the patterns drawn in her hands excitedly with his eyes.

"Kya baat hai Arush aap toh aaj bohot chup chap beite hai " Anjali asked from across with a big smile. Arushi gave her another of his toothy grin in reply and cuddled more firmly into Khushi by looping his little arm in her waist and laying his head on her chest.One thumb, however firmly inside his mouth.Within half an hour he fell asleep like that in his mother's arms while Khushi had on her mehendi with her arms outstretched at the same time ensuring Arush sleeps in her warmth comfortably.

Almost an hour later, Khushi came back to her room to check on her daughter and Arnav, and the scene that greeted her made her gasp for breath.She stood rooted in the spot surprised.A slow smile crept across her lips before it became a wide bright one.She cant believe her eyes at what she saw.Since none of them noticed her presence, she admired the scene in front of her without making a noise.

There Arushi sat on NK's lap helding out her small hand while Arnav held her little palm tentatively in his hand and was drawing something with Mehendi cone.His eyebrows were joined together in utmost concentration and his lips twitched in frustration when the mehendi got stuck in the cone "Damn it " he muttered while Arushi just giggled.

"Nannav mere bhai I cant believe tum yeh sab kar rahe ho.And I cant believe am sitting with you both here like this in my own mehendi ceremony ! " NK said in wonder as he watched the father daughter duo.

"Shut up NK ! It's the only way to keep her quiet and happy " Arnav said and smiled at her daughter who was enjoying whatever was being drawn in her hand.When he finished one hand he said triumphantly looking at Arushi "Lo hogaya.Now happy? "

Arushi grinned happily nodding and showed her other hand with a puppy dog face.Arnav groaned and NK laughed "Nannav tum toh gaya "

Suddenly NK noticed Khushi's presence and his face lit up "Khushiji ! Aap aagaye? Is Dia's mehendi done? I want to see her " he said with a puppy dog face just like Arushi did a minute ago.

The moment they heard her name, both Arnav and Arushi turned in the direction with an identical smile.Khushi grinned broadly and came straight to the father daughter duo.Her mind dint ever register what NK asked her.She was just overwhelmed with what she has just witnessed.

"Arnavji aap Puri ki haathon mein mehendi laga rahe hai ? " She said in surprised tone still unable to comprehend.Arnav smiled sheepishly and shrugged "Well she was crying badly aur tumhe pata hai I cant handle her tears "

Arushi grinned wide and showed her hands excitedly "Maa ehekho vendhee " ( Maa dekho mehendi )

Khushi smiled "Arey wah yeh toh bohot hi sundar hai " She then chuckled at the somewhat confused drawing of what looked like a dress design in Arushi's hand.

Arnav glared at her "Don't laugh.I had no clue how the damn thing works " he said pointing to the cone in hand.

Khushi asked curiously while observing Arushi's hand "Aapne kapde ki design banaya mehendi mein? " and this time Arnav smirked and shrugged "Am a fashion designer "

Khushi grinned wide and hugged him sideways, careful not to let her mehendi covered hands touch him "Bohot sundar hai " she told him after straitening.

Arushi waved her arms "Maa haath " Khushi then showed her own mehendi covered hands to her daughter who smiled happily and before anyone could realize , she clapped her hands excitedly and in the process smudging the mehendi Arnav drew.

Arnav groaned and Khushi gasped , NK just laughed.

" Hey Devi Maiya, Puri aapne kya kar diya ? " Khushi said with her eyes wide and looked at Arnav thinking he might get angry but her husband just smiled shaking his head.

NK who was ignored all this while decided to speak "One second Nannav Khushiji ! If you both don't mind kya main Arushi ko neeche le sakta hoon ? Woh kya hai na.Naniji and Mamiji have banned me to come down but I can use Arushi as an excuse and make an entry.I really want to see Dia " he said with a sheepish smile.

Khushi and Arnav both laughed and nodded "Sure " with a big smile NK lifted a now happy Arushi in arms and went down to see his lady love.

After they left Khushi smiled at Arnav "Arnavji hume yakeen nahi ho raha ki aapne yeh sab kiya hai "

Arnav chuckled "Well mujhe bhi.Thank god Aman is not here today else he will get another heart attack " Khushi laughed imagining Aman's expression if he catches his strict boss drawing mehendi on his daughter's hand.

Arnav looked behind her and asked "Where is Arush? " Khushi smiled "Woh so gaye the. amma unhe naani ji ke kamre mein le gayi"

Suddenly Arnav's smile dropped as his gaze travelled over her saree clad form.He never got a chance to look at her properly before.She smiled shyly seeing the smoldering look in his eyes.Suddenly the air seemed to be charged with sensual energy.

"Khushi you look gorgeous , And this saree compliments you " he said smiling appreciatively at her.Khushi smiled.

He then looked at her mehendi clad hands and quirked an eyebrow as he checked her hand "Hey mere naam kahan hai iss mein? "

Khushi realized she had forgotten to tell the mehendi wali about it "Woh Aloo humare godh mein beit rahe the, Toh hum unko sambhalte sambhalte mehendi wali ko kehna bhool gaye "

Arnav smirked "Well we can change that "

Khushi looked at him questioningly and he showed her the cone with a naughty grin "I can write " Khushi widened her eyes in surprise "Aap? " She then frowned looking down at her mehendi covered hands and forearms "Par yahaan jaga hi nahi hai "

Arnav smirked again with a twinkle in his eyes "You leave it to me I can find a place for my name "

Khushi looked at him suspiciously.She got a feeling that he is in one of his naughty mood.As suspected he shot her a wicked grin and picking up the cone, he moved her saree pallu aside exposing her belly and navel.Khushi gasped in shock "Arnavji aap kya kar rahe hai?" she said in a panicked tone trying to escape his hold.

He looked at her still smirking "Khushi stay still.Am gonna write my name in my favourite place " He pulled her towards the bed.He sat down while he made her stand in front of him.She stood there helplessly feeling nervous and also little excited.

Since her hands were covered in mehendi, she couldn't pull away.But when she felt his soft breath and his warm touch near her belly, all thoughts of moving away fled her mind as she stood their letting him do whatever he wanted.

Arnav kissed her belly button and laved it with his tongue.He knew she is ticklish there and also sensitive.Khushi squirmed in his arms in a half plea "Arnavji chodiye koi aa jayega "

Arnav dipped his nose in her belly button tickling her further and whispered huskily "Aane do " he took his own sweet time altering between kissing and licking making her moan in pleasure.

After what seemed like hours later, he began writing his name near her hip bone beneath her navel "Here done "

When Khushi came back to her senses and realized what he has done, she gasped in shock "Arnavji aap wahan likh nahi sakte.Kisine dhekh liya to kya sochenge?"

Arnav looked up at her with a smirk " So what? Biwi ho tum meri.Haq hai yeh mera "

" Arey Titaliya " at that moment they heard Buaji's voice from the hallway and Khushi looked at him with wide eyes moving away "Buaji aa rahe hai.Arnavji aapne kya kar diya " She said in a panicked voice "Aranvji pehle mere pallu teek kijiye.Buaji kya sochenge"

Arnav knew his sweet wife is shy with yet another smirk and a quick kiss on her lips he straightened her pallu and carefully covered the mehendi without actually letting it get smudged."Here now its well hidden. Kisiko pata nahi chalega "

She pouted at him "Aap aajkal bohot badmaash hogaye " with that she ran away quickly before Buaji could come in.Arnav chuckled.
