Chapter 3   ;   ;   ; 20.01.07

Roshini: "Your not leaving so early, are you, come on the parties just started"

Bani: "Okay, but only an hour then I have to go.

Half an hour later and more bored then I had ever been before in my entire life I decided to leave, Roshini was seeing to her guest's and left me in the company of her horrid boyfriend, he had been flirting with me for the full 30 minutes, making an excuse to go to the ladies I realised I had forgotten my phone in the VIP section, squeezing past all the people in the club I made it in to the VIP section and found my phone were I had placed it on the sofa earlier, looking at the opposite sofa I saw Jai lying horizontally on the sofa, looking like a geek god, his hair all messy and the collar of his shirt scrunched up to reveal a huge muscular chest, his eyes were closed and he was snoring softly, but with out warning the snoring stopped and I panicked, oh my god what if he's dead, moving closer to his head, I pushed a few stray hairs of my long dark hair back and listened closely.

Jai: "BOO!!!"

Screaming I think I nearly died of shock, beating Jai's chest with my fist's I caught my breath back, and looked at him, only the gleam in his eye's revealed how drunk he really was, he was laughing his head off while I was shaking with terror, I leaned against the wall to calm my shaking nerves and he placed both his hands either side of me and stared at me, up close Jai was faint making, my knees suddenly gave way and I dropped into his arms.

Bani: "AWWWWWWW!!!!!!"

Jai: "Why do you girls insist on wearing these stupid high heels", said Jai, examining my ankle gently and even more gently placing a ice cube on the swelling

Bani: "Aw!!!"
Jai: "Stop acting like a child and do as I'm telling you women", said Jai crossly, I made a face at him and he looked even more sternly at me, I started to giggle and he did too, we were both having a laughing fit when Roshini burst in through the crowd,

Roshini: "Oh my god, what happened", she said looking at my ankle the size of a small grapefruit, Roshini looking at me guiltily said, "I'm sorry Bani, I shouldn't have left you", screwing her eye's and scratching her head she continued, "How are you going to get home now."

Jai: "No need to worry, I will drop her", said Jai, and picking me up he proceeded to carry me out of the club, the crowd of people parting as he walked past, I held on tightly to his shoulders and buried my face into his neck, he smelt of Davidoff and whiskey, not a good combination.

Hailing a taxi he placed me carefully into the back seat and handed me, my phone, coat and handbag, turning I was about to say goodnight when he jumped into the cab with me, my mouth open in shock he explained,

Jai: "What kind of a man do you take me for, I wouldn't leave a beautiful damsel in distress like you, and I'll drop you home."

Sitting in the taxi I was strongly aware of his presence and not just his sent, I swear I could feel his eye's roaming my body as I stared out the window at the passing streets. Trying to push my revealing red dress, more over my legs. Jai laughed and said "Damn I was enjoying the view." , my face must of burned the shame shade as my dress because Jai started to laugh even more, his laughter reverberating around the taxi and playfully slapping my knee causing my embarrassment to increase ten fold, after a few minutes my flat came into view, the taxi driver slid on the brakes and the car stopped, grabbing my things quickly I jumped out, and out of habit kissed Jai's cheek and said goodnight, slowly hobbling to the main gates of my flat, I stopped and suddenly realised, wanting the ground to swallow me up with what I had done, with my back towards the taxi I dare not turn round in fear of seeing Jai's bemused look, sneaking a quick peek I saw Jai paying the driver and turning to follow me up the path, sighing I thought could this night get any worse, turning quickly, I hobbled slowly past the guard at the main gate who was snoozing in his chair, chuckling softly to my self watching his huge moustache shake every time air escaped his mouth while snoring, I had to bite my lip to stop my self from laughing with hysteria, if Jai didn't think I was mad in the party he would think I was now.

Hobbling slowly along the large lobby I reached the lift and pressed the button, deciding I would thank him before I got in the lift and then he could leave, I saw his shadow fall across the brightly lit lobby floor in front of me and turned to him before the lift door opened and said "Thanks for your help.", and hobbled into the lift, watching with wide eyes when he followed me into it, while the lift went up I thought I'd say thanks you to him in the lift then he would go, so when the lift door's pinged open I quickly said thanks again and carefully, stepped out watching even more puzzled when he stepped out with me, walking along my long corridor I decided that I would say thank you and goodbye at my front door perhaps that would get rid of him, reaching my door I looked in my bag for my key's, searching it inside out, I started to panic, were the heck here my key's.

"Bani, I think these are your", said Jai, my keys dangling between his fingers, grabbing them quickly I opened my mouth to say goodbye and thanks for all your help, when he scratched his chin knowingly and said "Won't you invite me in for coffee, you seem to thank me enough, I will only accept it if you make me a coffee."

Damn where were my manners, I thought I was going to get rid of him but he was more of a chipku then I thought, my face must of looked really disappointed because he said in a little lost boy voice "Pretty please", shaking my head and rolling my eyes in amusement I opened my front door……………

Hey, nobody even told me that you had done the second and third part!!!

My favourite line in the second part had to be when Jai said "there's a reason for my drunkenness, but I'm happy to say right now I don't remember". 😆

He seems like a happy Jaidas at this moment in time though! Hopefully the holiness of a wonderful person named Ranvir can help him out! 😆 But on second thoughs, I liked the evil Ranvir better! 😈
