she was heartbroken after saras broke off the wedding, so she agreed to marry another guy on the same day she was supposed to marry saras. she wanted to forget the pain and humiliation he caused her and also to maintain the family pride.

Saras came to know that LN was responsible for his mom's suicide. Guman also shows her true color to Saras. He breaks his relation with his dad, leaves the house and is not in a state to think. All shocked, he was back to square one, fearing that he may not be able to maintain relations. In that state of mind, he calls up Kumud and refuses to marry her. But later on realizes his mistake, but it was too late.
