Chapter 1

"Life is unpredictable and which can be predicted cannot be life". This is what everyone experiences in their lives. The way we plan things, it never turns out to be the same, may be more or less, but never the same, but one thing remains as such is that whatever happens, happens for the best and plays a very important role in shaping the future .

Something similar was happening in the lives of our four characters whose destinies were entwined with each other from the time they were born but all four of them oblivious to it but the time came which played a very important role in making them tied to a strong bond that is called friendship .

Madan and Vinay, both brothers breathed for each other and promised that nothing could separate them. Madan being the elder one, was always like a father figure to Vinay, specially after the demise of their parents .Madan used to shower all his fatherly love on Vinay, as he himself was craving for child but never showed it in behavior or actions as he knew that if he will breakdown , then Pinky, his wife will be shattered. To pave a path of bright future for his brother, Madan did everything possible in his hand and this became much easier for him because he also has a supporting and understanding wife Pinky. Madan being settled in Chandigarh used to look after their father's land and business of his ancestors but for bright future of Vinay he send him to Delhi for further studies and their he met a girl Shivani, sweet simple and loving . Gradually they developed liking for each other and were tied in the divine bond of Marriage with the acceptance and blessings of elders.

After one year of marriage a baby girl, first born of Malhotras' "Tani" came into their life and their life changed miraculously. Vinay got a good business opportunity in Delhi but for this he had to settle in Delhi and leave his brother all alone which made him quite unsure about accepting this opportunity but with the pursuance of Madan he halfheartedly agreed and moved towards a completely new world all filled with strangers and here Madan was left behind all alone craving for someone who can fill the gap which has been created with the departure of his son like brother. The feeling of absence of a child in the life of Madan and Pinky resurfaced but soon their deserted life was also blessed , and after 10 years of marriage ,Madan and pinky were blessed with a little angel, their doll "Maanvi".

Here in Delhi, Vinay was making his new world and in this new world. He found a friend who he used t consider as his brother in this unknown and new environment. Mr Vijay singh Vadhera who by chance was his business partner as well. He and his wife Mrs. Vanshika Vadhera and their one year old son "Virat" were somehow able to fill the loneliness which Vinay and Shivani were feeling after leaving Chandigarh, but there was no day when Vinay doesn't missed his Brother. Again to get away from this loneliness Vinay also started helping the orphanages and providing scholarships to the students, and one of the blessed students who got help from his these programs was a 10 year old meritorious student "Anurag Dasgupta".

In between all these ups and downs, adjustments and settlements both Madan and Vinay used to find time for each other. They made it a ritual to celebrate all their happiness and festivities together. The birthday of their kids were like some festival for which they used to wait entire year .

The bond which the fathers share was genetically transferred to their daughters as well. Taani and Maanvi shared a great divine bond and Taani always used to be very much loving towards Maanvi. Here Maanvi was no less. She used to consider Taani as her best friend, guide and a mentor. It was mandate for both the sisters that they will spend summer holidays together, whatever the situations are, they will be following it religiously. But it was one special summer holidays when Virat met Maanvi for the first time. Maanvi was 6 and Virat was 10, and immediately something clicked in between them. Virat was the one to extended a hand for friendship and as Maanvi was bit shy , first hesitated but being him Taaani's friend she didn't gave a second thought to it and from then and there, the three were bound together with a thread of friendship.

From then Virat was always much more excited for summer holidays than Taani and the same was with Maanvi and in no time Virat's friendship with Maanvi became as strong as it was with Taani but yes there was something more to it, something unsaid, both between Maanvi and Virat which was getting more strengthened as with the passage of time and yeah Taani being more matured than both of them was first to notice it.

25 years passed like dry sand, and now these three people were discovering a new definition and a new direction to their lives. Virat was now a big singing sensation in town. Till now, only his two albums has been released but still he had started giving a tough competition to all the established singers of the present times, and why not, he deserves all this after a hefty struggle of 6 years. Yes, the Virat Vadhera started his struggle long back in the field of music when he was only 20 years old with nothing in his hands. Even though he was the son of a big industrialist, he wanted to be someone who is known by his name "The Virat" not as "The Virat Vadhera" and this was the reason he never uses his surname in any of the contracts which he signs. Even though at first he got some resistance from his father, but after watching him so dedicated towards his work, it was his father who was his biggest support.

At the same time Taani was also no different. She was also searching for career to give a new dimension and an identity to her. Even though her father always said her what is the need to do a job somewhere else when they have a company of their own, but she was adamant in making her career all the way as Taani not Mr. Vinay's daughter and so respecting and understanding his daughter's sentiments, her father gave her a nod.

But the one for whom the task was not easy was our very own manvi. Due to Madan's apprehensions and over protectiveness she was facing problem in continuing her Graduation studies. This doesn't means that Madan didn't wanted her daughter to study further, instead he was the one who always encouraged her for further studies but his main concern was that he didn't wanted her to be away from him for studies. But Maanvi wanted to have a career in finance and she has got an opportunity in FMS, Delhi but the apprehensions of her father were the biggest obstacle as he wanted her to do any course which was delivered in Chandigarh and it's not that Finance isn't taught in Chandigarh but we all know that no any college can be compared with FMS and that where the main problem was, and finding no other way to convince her father maanvi called her guide, her soul sister Taani:

Maanvi: Tannuuu'''..

Taani: Mannnuuu'''.. Sweet heart!!!!!! Is that u??????Wow Long time no see? Mjhe to lga tu bhul gayi mjhe!

Maanvi: Nai tannu main the bhala kaise bhul sakti hun! Tu hi to h jisse I can share what I feel without any hesitation! The bhi bhul jaungi to fir kahan jaungi????????

Taani: Oye nautanki!!!!!What happened ?????itna low kyun sound kr rhi h?

And this was it! Maanvi busted out in tears scaring taani to the core with all weird thoughts hovering over her mind..

Taani: Maanvi bta na kya hua??? Please you are scaring hell out of me!!!!!!

And maanvi narrated her entire scenario.

Taani: U freak! Don't you dare cry like this in front of me any ways! U sucked life out of me!!!! Bewkoof itni si baat par koi rota hai kya?

Maanvi: Rou ni to kya karun? Papa sunne ko taiyyar ni and tub hi daant ri h!

Taani: Ok mannu calm down and relax! We'll think something about this and don't worry I won't let this golden opportunity go out of your hand this way for no reason.

Maanvi: seriously?????Thanks diii u r the best!!!

Taani : cha chal nautanki phone rakh and let me think.!!!Ok???? Bye and good night!

Maanvi: Goodnight diii! Love u sooo much!!!!!!

And they hung up

Taani ****Thinking****"Maanvi was really happy! She called me Dii and I know whenever she feels really very happy she calls me di other wise main to mannu ki tannu hun"

Keeping these thoughts aside , Taani made a swift move towards her parents room to discuss this situation and to solve maanvi's problem and as it was believed by taani her super dad came as life saver with an idea.

Vinay: Taani????????

Taani: yaa dad!u got some idea?????

Vinay : yup!!!!what if we become local guardian of Maanvi in Delhi for that time period which is of her course! I can talk with bhaiyya that we will be taking care of her and she will be living with us so no need to worry.

Taani: that's a cool idea dad! But do yo think Taaya jii will agree for this! U know how much protective he is when it comes to maanvi.

Vinay: I know! But I can convince him for sure.

Taani: really dad?????? I sooo doubt this convincing thing! When it comes to Maanvi Taaya jii is a tough nut to crack.

Vinay: I know but I have my ways and weapons! For now pack your bags ! we will be heading for Chandigarh tomorrow and tell your mom about this!

Taani: yes! Mission "FMS" begins.

Vinay: arey ooo mission devi'.. Don't tell anything about our arrival to your pyaari behna or Taaya jii .

Taani : K dad!!!!!****thinking**** "But there is one person whom I have to tell this"

Good night dad

Vinay: good night sweet heart!

Taani: *******thinking ****** "Chandigarh be ready *******

Boring one I know but this was necessary to give the base to the story but promise next upd8 will be of present and more centered on the awesome 3some and their aspirations. For Anurag lovers will have to wait for 3^rd upd8!
