I don't know him as an actor but, and i don't like his character threatening poor kumud, Yes i agree with you as he has done really well as a new comer in the show. :)

The thing is that the serial is based on a fantastic gujarati novel as all know this, and to change anything in the original plot of any great novel is pathetic , and what SLB is going to do with this serial is not possible to predict, but personally i feel making any change in the basic plot of the novel will kill the soul of the story.
