Same Sarkar for SRK, Big B!

It's ironic, isn't it, how the Big B and SRK continue to tread on common ground? In a bizarre development, we've learnt that the first contestant on KBC's hot seat this year will be Kolkata resident, Prasenjit Sarkar.

Nothing unusual about him except that Prasenjit was previously in the hot seat when Bachchan fell ill and the show was abruptly taken off air!

Sarkar was given the option of either calling it quits and going home with his earlier prize money, or playing further with the possibility of winning more moolah. Needless to say, the lure of 15 minutes in the spotlight with SRK was too much to let go off.

The only thing we're wondering is: How did SRK agree to let this very obvious Bachchan connection into his turf?

I think it is fair and professional to do that. What has Mr. sarkar got to do with AB anyway? He is a roll over contestant for almost an year while others could remain there just for a day.
