3 kids , two of her own ( boy and a girl ) and one adopted daughter ( her husbands daughter from his first marriage &nbs p; )

Smriti has 2 kids of her own-boy and a girl and 1 daughter form her husbands earlier marriage.

Smriti is an ex-Miss India contestant.She used to do small roles on TV till she she hit gold when she got to play the character of Tulsi in Kyuki Saas bhi kabhi bahu thi. She is into politics as well as a producer for television.
