Is ramona the daughter of kamini and vishal rastogi or either's illegimate dauhter. If she is the daughter of kamini and vishal then there is some relationship between them and eventually millee and rahul are step brother-sister. And karan and millee are somewhere cousins.

ramona is the daughter of vishal n kamini. ramon n miilee r step sis. But karan n miilee r not cousins bcoz miilee is not kamini's daughter n sagar is kamini's
