Ok Guys, its time to vote for the most prestigious banner. Here are the rules and regulations you must follow:
- You can only have 1 vote. If you give more than required then your first number will be counted. You have till 23rd January 2007 to vote for your favourite one. The creators of the banners must NOT advertise their creations through PM. If they are caught doing so then they will be disqualified.
- You cannot vote for your own banner.
