And she succeeded in trapping him and making him fall in love with her. Now she was relieved that she would be able to distract him from his path of revenge. She wanted him to live with a guilt of not being able to avenge his wife's death.
With this another idea stuck her of using her skills as a journalist. One fine day when Arjun was pouring his heart out to her, she recorded a video of with Arjun in tears. She also captured some more videos of him being in a vulnerable state and some pictures of Roshni.
And with all this she made a "Masala Report" on tragedy of Arjun's life with a title "Arjun - ek modern Devdas". She also mentioned about his affair with herself. She couldn't credit the report with her name and she gave it to the channel "News Today" giving credits to her colleague.
She decided to call up her colleague to give him the pen drive in which the entire edited video of the report was ready. But before that she wanted to watch it again.
She takes out the pen drive and connects it to her laptop to see the video... But... she is shocked. It was not her pen drive. She tries to remember where she might have left it. She remembers that Shree too had the similar pen drive and it might have been exchanged when they were chit chatting. She panics thinking if Shree had seen it.
She immediately leaves for ETF office. The office was empty and it was dark there. She goes to Shree's desk and tries to look for her pen drive.
Suddenly the lights are on and someone sternly says "Ye dhundh rahi ho?"
Sakshi turns back to see Shree, Chhoru and Ayesha looking at her furiously with Shree holding the pen drive in his hand. Sakshi's face turns pale an she is sweating profusely.

Sometime back in ETF office.
Shree had to copy some data on his pen drive. He inserted the pen drive in his laptop and looking at the contents he realized that it was Sakshi's pen drive and it
might have been exchanged. There is a grin on his face looking at the only video file in the contents. He had seen Sakshi taking videos many times, specially of Arjun.
He was always curious to know about it. Today he got a chance. He thinks of the ways how he will tease Sakshi after watching the video. He opens the file and is
shocked to see its contents. It was a typical Masala TV news report made on Arjun-Roshni-Sakshi-Sameer with some very obscene comments on the characters of Arjun, Roshni and Sameer. He is furious. He could guess that some of the videos were the ones that Sakshi had taken in the office.
He immediately called up Chhotu and Ayesha and showed them the report. They were pissed off with Sakshi. The girl who used to put up innocent face turned out to be a
hatemonger. Ayesha tells him to dig up her past and they are shocked to know about it.
Sakshi was daughter of a corrupt politician, Jairaj Anand, who was caught red-handed by none other than Arjun Suryakant Rawte. He tried to attack Arjun, but Arjun had to shoot him in self defence. He was fatally injured and went into coma. Still the charges were framed against Jairaj and proven to be correct. Since Arjun had shot him in self defence, no action was taken against him. Sameer Rathore was the witness to all this and additional case in charge.
On finding out the truth, the trio calls up Rathore and Arjun to office and tell them the truth. Arjun is shocked to know this and Rathore is furious.
Arjun goes to his cabin with tears in his eyes. He couldn't believe that the girl who taught him to smile and live the life again was actually faking it. He was madly in love with her and she was just playing with him. This very fact shattered him.
Roshni's face flashes in front of his eyes.
Rathore knew what must be going on in his mind. He goes and consoles Arjun and tells him to be strong.
With Roshni's memories and Rathore's support. Arjun decides to fight back.
Shree is tracing Sakshi's phone and realizes that she is coming to office. He informs Rathore and Arjun and switches off all the lights to catch her read handed. She comes and they switch on the lights

Sakshi(screams in frustration): haan... mujhe badla lena tha... mere baba ko is haalat mein pahunchane wale se badla lena tha mujhe... aur mai tab tak chain se nahi baithungi jab tak us Arjun Suryakant Rawte ko barbad nahi kar deti mai... nahi baithungi...
Hearing all this noise Rathore comes out.
Rathore: Apne Baba ka badla chahiye tumhe? aur un logo ka kya jin logo ki zindagi mein tumhare Baba ki wajah se andhera hua? tumhare Baba ne defence equipments ki deal mei na jaane kitne ghotale kiye they... jiski wajah se is desh ka ... humare desh ke sipahiyon ka kitna nuksan hua... kitne soldiers ki jaane gayi kyunki unke paas sahi equipments nahi they sirf tumhare Baba ke laalach ki wajah se... aur ye baat tum achchhi tarah se janti ho... Aur waise bhi pehle tumhare Baba ne Arjun par goli chalayi thi aur Arjun ne self-defence mein goli chalayi thi...
Sakshi knew the truth but she was blinded by the revenge.
Ayesha: tumhare Baba is haalat mein Arjun sir ki wajah se nahi balki khud apne burey karmo ki wajah se hain... jane kitne masoom logo ki badduaye li hain unhone... Is sab ke zimmedar wo khudh hain ... is liye Arjun sir ko dosh dena band karo...
Rathore: Tumne jo kiya hai wo Kanoon ki nazar mein gunah nahi hai... isliye sirf warning de raha hoon...Chup chaap yaha se chali jao... aur dobara ETF ki taraf palat kar bhi mat dekhna... warna agli baar aisa kuch kiya... to anjaam bahut bura hoga... aur is baar tumhe wapas lene ke liye agar koi political pressure aaya to mai nahi jhukunga... isliye aisa kuch karne ki koshish bhi mat karna...
Sakshi is shivering in frustration of her defeat and leaves humiliated and disgraced.
Shree destroys the pen drive.
Shree, Chhotu and Ayesha understand Arjun's state of mind and leave the office leaving just Rathore and Arjun there.
Rathore goes to Arjun's cabin to console him.
Rathore is frustrated at the fact that even after being disgraced, she succeeeded to some extent by breaking Arjun's trust and faith in love.
Rathore: Rawte!!!
Arjun(composed now): Mai theek hoon Rathore... kehtey hain jo hota hai achchhe ke liye hota hai... aur jo bhi hua ussey ek baat to pakki hai... mere aur Roshni ke beech koi nahi aa sakta... mera pyaar sachcha tha... aur shayad ye usi pyar ki taakat thi jisne is rukawat ko mere raste se hataa diya... I love Roshni...
Rathore's phone rings. He talks to the person and disconnects the call.
Rathore: Rawte... Sikandar k bare mein ek lead mili hai... DGP sir ne bataya tha ki Intelligence ke kuch spies lagey hain is mission mein... aur unhone kuch information bheji hai...
Arjun(with new hope and energy): lets go...
And they set out for the revenge.
The name "Sikandar" was enough to bring back the fire within Arjun Suryakant Rawte, which seemed to be dousing. Though he was hurt and he knows it will be difficult for him to forget Sakshi and what she did to him, his desire for revenge of Roshni's murder will keep him moving.
He was used to mask his real self with the pretence of indifference the way he used to be before falling in love with Sakshi. He went back to his old ways.
Next day, a news report flashes on "News Today" ... "Famous Crime journalist and daughter of disgraced politician Jairaj Anand... Sakshi Anand commits Suicide... reasons unknown"

She is laughing like a maniac. Laughing hard at her success. Finally she succeeded in her mission. It was difficult for her but at least she did it. She finally succeeded in he plan of shattering a wall named Arjun Suryakant Rawte, at that too right under the nose of the best team of India ETF. ETF which was led by none other that a officer like ACP Sameer Rathore, who also happened to be Arjun's best friend, but even he couldn't help Arjun and stop her from succeeding.
Her report was ready. She had worked day and night for this report. She was just 1 day away from her victory... just 1 day. Tomorrow her revenge would be complete.
Once her report is telecasted on the news channel "News Today", Arjun would be broken beyond repair. No one would be able to bring him out of this trauma, this shock she was going to give him.
How could she forget that it was him who was responsible for her father's state in which he was suffering for last 6 years. She was happy 3 years back when she heard that Arjun's wife has been killed and Arjun has gone into reclusion. He is all alone. She thought it to be a poetic justice. She thought that he got what he deserved. A tit for tat.
But a year back she read a news that ACP Rawte is back as second-in-command of ETF. He had the authority now. She was furious. She thought that because of his rowdy nature, he would be soon thrown out but it didn't happen. Even when an enquiry happened against him, ACP Rathore saved him. This angered her more and she decided that she will avenge her suffering by being the biggest hurdle between Arjun and his revenge for his wife's death. She would never let him have it and live in peace.
She used her father's old political connections to gain entry in ETF. So what if her father was in coma now, once he was a very influential politician and had a lot of contacts. And she entered ETF as Crime Reporter on pretence of covering the ways of ETF solving cases.
Within no time Sakshi Anand became popular among the team members. But Arjun was a tough nut to crack and she knew it very first day. She had to touch him, talk to him softly even after he insulted her each time. She kept her self respect and egos aside for her revenge. She followed him everywhere he went.
