Boxofficeindia.Com Trade Network Lootera went the Ghanchakkar way and failed to score at the box office as it collected around 23 crore nett in its first week. The film had a mediocre weekend and then had dropping collections on the weekdays. The first week collections were 3 crore nett less than Ghanchakkar and although it may do a bit better than Ghanchakkar in the second week, the final collections of both films are likely to be in the 30 crore nett range. Lootera did a bit better in West Bengal as the film was set there, the collections were not that good in Mumbai, Delhi and Punjab while in mass circuits while in places like UP, Bihar and Central belts it was left behind by Policegiri. | |

Boxofficeindia.Com Trade Network Bhaag Milkha Bhaag picked up strongly on day one to record good collections. The film was recorded very good collections in East Punjab and Delhi city. Other circuits were good to average. The pick up means a strong weekend is on the cards if it shows growth on Saturday and Sunday. Lootera was poor in week one as it collected 23 crore nett. The collections have come down heavily on its 8th day and even a 30 crore nett final total may not be possible. FLOP Policegiri collected a poor 12.50 crore nett in week one. DISASTER. |
