Part 14

(Morning 7AM in Rehearsal hall)

Rey: Guys kal NDC ke auditions hai. National level ke dance hoge. We have to present our best!

Taani: Right Rey. Auditions mein humari college ki team aaram se select ho jayegi, but further rounds are gonna be difficult.

Swayam: Auditions ke baad konse rounds hoge and kab?

Taani: Auditions ke baad hoge Zonal eliminations, uske baad Quarters, Semis and then Finals. Aur ek baat hai..

Rey: Kya?

Taani: Hum baaki team ke performances dekh nahi sakte aur naahi vo humare dekh sakte hai.

Niki: This is gonna be tough!

Rey: Aage ka baadme sochenge. Let's first focus on this.

(For the next one hour the team rehearses)

*In Canteen*

(Taani is busy making all arrangements for NDC. Rey enters)

Rey: Hey Taani..

Taani: Done with rehearsals?

Rey: Hmn..

Taani: Kya hua Rey?

Rey: Voh.. umm.. actually mein.. umm..

Taani: Rey, baat kya hai? (Makes him sit next to her.)

Rey: I'm sorry Taani.😒

Taani: Sorry kyun?

Rey: Tum GS and AGS dono ka kaam akele kar rahi ho. Upar se mein AGS hote huye bhi tumhari koi help nahi kar paa raha hoon. I'm really sorry to burden you with so much work.

Taani: Rey, aap free thodi na ho. Aap bhi toh kaam hi kar rahe ho. Full day rehearsals karke aap vaise bhi thak jaate ho aur aapko yeh AGS duties bhi sambhalni hai? I'm managing the duties. Aur yeh koi burden nahi hai mera kaam hai. Agar mujhe aapki help ki jarurat padi toh mein khud aake aapse help magungi. Okay? Aur yeh sorry bolna band kariye, mujhe atcha nahi lagta.😳😳

Rey: Mujhe samajhne ke liye thanks Taani.😳

Taani: Rey please yeh formalities band kariye.

Rey: Okay. Kal auditions kitne baje hai?

Taani: Morning 10 se chalu ho rahe hai.

(Rest of the gang enters)

Gang: Hi Taani. Hi Rey. Tum dono ko disturb toh nahi kar rahe na hum?😉😆😆

Rey: Haan, bohot disturb kar rahe ho.

Vicky: Dekh li teri dosti Rey. Pyaar mil gaya toh hume bhool gaye?😭

Swayam: Vicky tumhe Neha ke side-effects ho rahe hai.

Rey: Correct. (looks around) Sharon, Nik kaha hai?

Niki: Right in front of you! I'm amazed haa.. tumhe meri yaad bhi aati hai. Not bad!

Rey: Nik yaar.. please get over with it!

Niki: Alright fine. Taani, friends? (extends her hand)

Taani: Friends. (pulls her into a hug)

(After a while Shivam enters)

Shivam: Hey guys.

Taani: Hi Shivam.

Rey: Tum yaha?

Shivam: Mein kuch batane aaya hoon.

Taani: Haan kaho.

Shivam: VP sir ne mujhe temporarily as AGS appoint kiya hai.

Rey: What?😲😲

Niki: But Yansh already is the AGS.

Shivam: NDC khatam hone tak Rey busy rahega and pura workload Taani pe aayega. So I'm just gonna assist her till then.

Rey: I can assist her. You don't need to!

Taani: Rey abhi toh aap keh rahe the na ki rehearsals ke wajah se aap AGS ki duties nahi kar paa rahe. Toh tab tak Shivam handle kar lega.

Rey: Shivam iss baar tumne kuch gadbad ki na.. then you'll have it from me!😡😡

Shivam: Worry not. I'll prove you all that I have really changed.

Nil: Vo hum dekh hi lenge. Chalo guys let's leave. Lectures hai.

(After lectures.)

Niki: Shivam chalo mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai. (enters in FE)

Shivam: Dekh meine yeh AGS ki position jaan bujh ke nahi accept ki. I just wanted to help Taani.

Niki: I know that. Mein bas yeh kehna chahati thi ki jab tak tum Yansh and baaki sab ka trust gain nahi kar lete hum Yansh ko apne bare mein nahi batayenge.

Shivam: Ok sweetheart.😳😳

Niki: Shivam.

Shivam: Alright, jab tak Rey ko batate nahi no sweet talks.

Niki: Mere saath rehke tum bohot smart ho rahe ho.😉

Shivam: Abh chale warna koi hume yaha dekh lega.

(Same time in projector room)

Rey: Taani tum yaha akele?

Taani: Haan vo Shivam kal se assist karne wala hai. Waise aap yaha?

Rey: Mein bas aise hi.

Taani: Rey, Shivam bas meri help karne wala hai. Mujhe vo kha nhi jayega.

Rey: Shivam ka kuch bharosa nahi.😡

Taani: Usse chodo. Aap batao?

Rey: Kya?😕

Taani: Kal auditions hai. Voh bhi national level dance competition ke. Nervous?

Rey: Auditions ke liye toh nahi, but further rounds ke liye thodi nervousness hai. Baaki ke groups kaise honge, unke dance forms kya hoge.

Taani: Rey, Baaki ki teams chahe jaisi bhi ho but humare college ki team unn sab se best hogi. You know why? (Rey nods his head saying no) As world ke best dancer hai iss tem mein.😳😳

Rey: Thanks Taani.😳

Taani: Aap kyun thanks bol rahe ho? Mein toh bhai ki baat kar rahi thi.😛😆😆

Rey: Atcha to tum Swayam ke bare mein bol rahi thi?😲😆(Goes towards her and starts tickling her)

Taani: Rey stop please.😆😆

Rey: Pehle kaho ki tumne abhi jo kaha vo mere yaani Reyansh ke bare mein kaha.

Taani: Yeh sab jo meine kaha vo apne Prince Charming ke bare mein kaha hai.😳😳

Rey: (stops tickling and pulls her into a tight hug) Love you Taani.❤️❤️❤️

Taani: Love you too.❤️❤️❤️

Swayam: Taani tum yaha ho? Oh..🤔 (Feels awkward seeing TaaRey hug.)

Taani: (breaking the hug) Bhai aap yahan?

Swayam: Haan vo mein nikal raha tha. Tumhara kaam ho gaya ho toh saath chale?

Taani: Haan bas 2 mins. VP sir ko yeh file deke aati hu. (And leaves from there)

Swayam: Rey tum nahi jaa rahe ghar?

Rey: Swayam apne habits na thode change karo.😡

Swayam: Habits?

Rey: Humesha wrong time pe tapakne ki habit. Itne mast hum dono baate kar rahe the and tum tapak pade beech mein. Iska badla mein leke rahunga.😈

Swayam: Haan haan theek hai. Abh chale?

Rey: Chaliye saale sahib.😆😆
