eklavya's mother was a woman named shrada (not sure of spelling). she and ansh were married and then ansh left her. a while after ansh was killed by tulsi shrada contacted virani family b/c she was dying and was hopeing the virani's would take eklavya in. shrada died and tulsi brought eklavya home, gathuam and damani adopted him. many people in the house at first didn't believe he was ansh's son, now they do.
