| Soap Queen Ekta Kapoor is known to have trump cards up her sleeve, and she keeps flashing them as and when required. Whenever a show's rating starts dipping, she brings in something unusual, and the TRP's downward graph picks up. Once again, she is all set to show her trump card for her favourite serial Kasamh Se as the TRPs have not been very promising of late. Viewers seem to be fed up of the rona-dhona day in and day out, with the story just not progressing. This time Ekta's roped in her lucky director, Garry Bhinder, who is supposed to be the person behind shows like Kyunki and Kahaani bouncing back to its original No.1 and no. 2 positions, to do some magic. She's roped him in to direct the special episode of Kasamh Se in which Bani (Prachi Desai) comes to know of the fact that her husband Jai slept with her sister Pia (Roshni Chopra) and she is carrying his child. "Actually I was directing Kasamh Se from the last six months, but in the middle someone else took up the reins," says Garry. Does this mean the show started faring badly when he was away! The director doesn't comment. When asked why Ekta chose him for this one very special episode he replied, "Ekta is the boss and I am the slave." (Sampurn) |
