Guman, just a word of caution '' Khoon ke rishte ko itna kamzor mat samjho, jis din uska rang zor dikhayega, kahin ki nahi rahogi '' She has grossly underestimated the father son relationship.. Kumud had not only brought Saras close to his father but vice versa too.. Ideally, every father would want his son to be by his side, match up to him in every step and be his pride and strength. LN , though blinded in Guman's love is no different. Recall the time when LN had a huge fight with VC over the haveli issue.. Saras stood by his father and lent him support against everyone including Kumud. LN lost that son today.. Won't he be as heartbroken as Saras , despite Guman's constant attempt to poison his mind against Saras? Definitely yes! No matter what he says about Saraswati, he has lived and will die with the guilt of being the person responsible for her death and for depriving Saras of love, family and home. Today, when the servant informed him about Saras leaving the house, the panic in his eyes said it all.. Even Guman was taken aback by his reaction when he left her hand and ran after Saras...If it wasn't for her last minute drama to pull him back by her emotional blackmailing, the father would have run after his son to stop him from leaving..why couldn't Guman fake her support for Saras today like she has been doing in the past? one of the reasons other than the fact that she has already shown Saras her true colors and doesn't want him to influence LN, is the fact that LN himself looked weak and vulnerable without his son by his side.. deep down he wants his son back.. Yes the merger was important and its failure cost him all the hard earned respect and credibility..but was it more important that his son? No! But well... too late now..too many let downs in one lifetime.. let down his family for Guman, his friend, Dukhba, Saraswati and now Saras and Kumud.. God help this man survive with so much burden on his conscience...

yes vaishali, even as per novel he will be lost and devastated without his son and will loose money in business..i guess serves gumaan right..the very reason she married LN, and the very reason she wanted saras out of her life will be at stake now..and from now on not only saras's but LN and gumaan's downfall starts...

well-said, Vaishali!

LN's character and his personal demons are often forgotten in the face of Saras and Kumud's saga...

Very well said. LN will have a lot of burden on his conscience. Guman's greed will surely backfire. LN has lost everything now coz of Guman.
