Does Bhoomi know...

Does Bhoomi know...she is actually Ansh's biological daughter, and not Karan's? I know she knows Tanya is not her mom, but does she know Karan is not her real dad.

I wonder is she will find this out soon, and create the storm. She is more related to Eklavya as half siblings than anyone else to Eklavya.

No, Eklavya is Ansh and Sharda's son. Sharda was Ansh's love interest before Nandini ever entered Ansh's live and supposedly he was really nice then. So, Ansh and Sharda go married. But, Sharda was terminally ill and she found out that she was going to die so she left Ansh so that he could be happy. Wrong, Ansh turned really bad and later became infatuated with Nandini.
