When tanveer visited the doctor and then she goes to pay for the injection but doesnt hav money ! And then she sees imran and tries calling but he cuts the call after which the doctor comes and tells her she forgot to tell her something but tanveer doesnt pay attention as shes busy looking at Imran ! So wt did the doctor tell tanveer ?? There might be a twist too !!
