Daadi accuses Shekhar and Samar of kidnapping Nethra to save their face. First no one from Pandey family believes that Nethra was there in Pune. Rukmani vouches for Shekhar. She was there herself; she did not see Nethra there. Everybody else also charges Daadi for putting a wrong accusation on Shekhar. Police tells them that Daadi received a call and they have traced the call to a warehouse in Pune which belongs to Pandey's. BK threatens that he'll get the press into the case and let the whole world know about the gruesome act of Pandey's. Savitri enjoys the moment throughout.. All this while Shekhar, Samar & Jia keep quiet. Finally Jia speaks. She goes up to Shekhar and asks him "Shekhar kya Nethra Pune mein thi" Shekhar answers "yes". Shekhar is arrested and taken away. Anusuya is really sad for Jia. Priya says ho gayi celebration… Jia turns and says that whatever happened is a different matter but she knows for sure that Shekhar cannot kidnap Nethra. Now the only question is where is she? Nethra is in a corner in a very helpless state. One goon starts pouring petrol all over the place. Nethra can smell petrol. She asks what are they doing. They say "ab jaane ka waqt aa gaya hai" and then one of them lights up a matchstick. Meanwhile police gets a call from their counterpart in Pune that there was a fire in the factory premises where they raided to free Nethra. Gyan and Rukmani are really worried at the bad time that has come to the family. They are more worried for Jia and her situation, she had done a lot to forgive Shekhar and just given a new start and now all this. But where is Jia? Door opens and we see jia at Daadi's house. Jia tells her that she knows one thing for sure that Shekhar cannot kidnap Nethra or do anything wrong to her. She tells Daadi that she will try everything possible to save nethra from whichever danger she is in, provided Daadi withdraws the complaint against Shekhar. Jia comes back and tells the Pandeys that she went to meet Daadi and told her to withdraw the case against Shekhar. Gyan informs that he has already spoken to his lawyer and that guy will meet the magistrate in his house and get the bail done for Shekhar today itself. Just then Gyan gets a call from his lawyer who tells him that in the warehouse fire, police has found a charred body of a woman… which means, Shekhar will now be charged for Kidnap and MURDER. It's a non-bailable offence … In the Police station we see the door opens and Shekhar is put behind the bar
