Actualy,some people do call the charecters by thier real names.The reason we don't use thier 'real' names most of the time is because that's the show we're talking about,and that's what they're best known for.
For example,when we're in the Kyunki section-We would say "Mihir is an idiot" but if we were in the KZK section,we would say "Mr.Bajaj is an idiot".If we were in the Celebrity Fan Club section...then we would use thier actual name,because at that point,we would be talking about that individual person,not who they play...so we would say "Ronit Roy is cool!" Get what I meaan? 😉
