Once again, Amit Tandon has lost his pie to Iqbal Khan. In Kaisa Ye Pyar Hai, Tandon was first supposed to do Angad's role, which eventually went to Iqbal. It has now happened in Karam Apna Apna. Says Amit, "Whatever decisions are taken by Ekta Kapoor are never wrong.
She knows television the best. Maybe she wants to establish my Manthan character in Kyunki... more, that's why I am not doing Karam Apna Apna." Amit made his first splash on television with Indian Idol.

Ok so the question is do u think Amit Tandon would have suited the role as Shiv... Please reply to this, and be honest...the question isnt whether Amit would have done a better job as Shiv than Iqbal Khan, but the question is if he did do the role of shiv would he have suited doing the role??
Personally, despite being a huge fan of Iqbal Khan, i think if Amit would have done Shiv's role, he would have suited it, simply because i've seen his role as bad guy manthan, and the way shiv's character was bad/negative for a bit i think Amit would have done a good job. Also seeing the luv in Shiv's eyes etc i think Amit would have been able to show and express love to, because at the beginning of KYPH he was reali good and lovable...
Please share ur views...i know Iqbal is best for the role, but please remember the question im asking is whether Amit would have suited doing Shiv's character.
