Clouds were thundering loudly and it was raining heavily. as it was giving the sign that something unknown storm was coming. One hour had been passed by and there was no sign of manvi,she didn't come back home yet. tani and her mother were getting worried as time was passing.
ma: kahan reh gayi yeh ladki ab tak toh isko aa jana chahiye tha (ma said walking here and there in the living area)
tani: ma plz don't worry. see it's raining heavily outside that's why she didn't come may be (tani tried to calm her mother but deep down inside her heart she was also getting worried for manvi)
ma: i hope so but i think i should go in his house and check on her
tani: no ma you can't go in this bad weather. one minute i call manvi again and ask her about her whereabouts (she take out her cell and dialled manvi's nuber but it was saying unreacheble continously)
ma: what happened?
tani: not reachable (tani said getting worried)
ma: oh god i hope she is fine..tani i think now i have no other option i should go there (she said picking up umbrella)
tani: but ma listen to me (but she had already left)
she came back after 20 minutes. worry lines were clearly visible on her forhead. tani looked at her mother and ran toward her
tani:ma what happened and where is manvi
ma: he said she had been left one hour ago (ma said with an expressionless face)
tani: what???????

On the other hand virat was driving rashly as he wanted to reach hom as soon as possible. he looked at manvi who was still unconcious and her head was resting on his shoulder..virat was getting worried for her..no matter how much he hates her but she was still his first and last love. only he knew how much dagger he felt in his heart after saw her in that miserable state which pierced his heart into thousands of pieces..after watching her condition he could tell that something is terribaly wrong with here and there was a truth which is hidden and bothering her but he didn't know what was the truth she was hiding.
finally he reached his house which was big one and very luxrious. he stopped his car and looked at manvi whise condition was getting worse with each passing second. he patted on her cheek to make her concious
virat: manvi..manvi open your eyes plz..manvi..manvi (he tried to woke up her but their was no response so without wasting a single second he came out from his car and scooped her in his arms and enterd in his house. he marched toward his room with unconcious manvi in his arms..he laid her down on the bed and covered her with the duvet..he checked her forhead which was still burning and her pulse was dropping..he immediately take out his cell and called doctor)
virat: hello doctor am ACP virat singh vadhera. can you plz come to my house b'coz here is big emergency plz (he pleaded to the doctor)
doc: am sorry mr.vadhera i can't come at this time b'coz weather of outside is very bad and every highway is jam due to huge traffic and rainy water so am sorry i can't come. (virat closed his eyes after hearing doctor's words)
virat: it's..it's ok i'll handle thank u (he cut the call and ran his fingers in his wet hairs in frustartion..he looked at manvi who was looking very pale and was shivering badly in this cold weather and her clothes were also drenched)
virat: oh no her clothes are wet. if she stay in these wet clothes her health will get worse..now what i do..i think i should change her clothes (but he stopped in mid way) no i can't do this..(he said to himself but again questioned himself) but why can't i do this she is my wife (then again his inner soul tortured him) no virat she was your wife but now you have no right on her..oh god plz help me (he closed his eyes tightly and covered his face in his palms to calm himself. then he opened his eyes and looked at manvi who was still shivering badly) no i have to do this i have no other option. i can't see her health getting worse
determind on his words he marched toward his wardrobe and take out his shirt. this was long enough to covered her petite figure..then he swithched off the lights of his room and sat on the bed in front of manvi. he exteded his hands toward manvi and made her sat on bed and rested her head on his shoulder..he slowly extende his hand toward her back and his hand was shivering..then virat closed his tightly and opened the dori of her kurti in one go. then slowly he made his way toward the zip of her kurti and slided it downward but his eyes were still closed..and slowly slowly he take out all her wet clothes and made her wear his shirt..after making her wear clothes he opened his eyes and laid her back on the bed covering her with duvet properly. then he swithched on the light and saw that she was still shivering. he took her hand in his and rubbed her palm to radite some hit but everything was going in vain. nothing seemed to be worked and she was shivering continously,,even god was also not showing any mercy on this innocent soul.
virat was in washroom and changing his clothes and continously thinking about manvi. then virat thought something which could save her but he was hesitant to this. his heart and mind was batteling with each other..heart said that just follow your inner voice and his mind was saying that don't be stupid. why do you care if she is dying afterall she is the same girl who ditched you..after lot of struggle between heart and mind finally heart won the battle over mind. and he reached on the conclusion he should do whatever his hear say..he stepped out from the washroom and sat beside her and then he took the big step..gathering his whole courage he laid down on the bed beside her and pulled her into his arms and covered themself with the duvet.. feeling the warm touch manvi snuggled more into his arms and was feeling safe and warm..virat looked down at her face which was looking angelic but something was missing. she was not the same manvi whome he knew two years ago..that manvi had lost somewhere b'coz manvi used to be very bubbly and chirpy but not like this..remembering the old days he went to flashback
Flashback
After the whole baby fiasco manvi stormed out from her room leaving three of them behind falling the fit of laughter.
madan: i am so sorry beta from the behalf of my daughter..actually she is just like that and very protective toward her even little things..(madan joined his hand infront of virat and apologized him for manvi's behaviour)
virat:(hoding his hands in his) no uncle plz you don't need to say sorry and i didn't mind it at all (he said like a good and sanskari boy)
pinki: madan ji, virat beta it's time for lunch so plz join us (pinki said politely)
virat: no aunty it's ok
madan: beta plz agar tum hamare sath lunch karoge toh hume acha lagega
virat: ok but what about your daughter i mean
madan: (laughed at him) don't worry son you don't need to worry about her i'll handle her come on let's go now (they all three came out from the room and went to dinning table and seated there. but when madan noticed manvi's absence so he asked his servant tarun)
madan: arrey tarun where is manvi
tarun: sir actually manvi madam is outside with her baby i mean car (madan rolled his eyes and pinki hit hear head with her palm)
pinki: iss ladki ka kuch nahi ho sakta, main dekhti hoon (she got up to go outside but virat stopped her)
virat: umm aunty if you don't mind should i go to her and apologize her b'coz she is angry b'coz of me
madan: but beta if she say something to you
virat: no it's ok uncle i'll handle excuse me (he excused himself and went outside to face the one more biggest challange)
virat came out from the house and looked for manvi and there he saw her hugging her baby i mean car and she was sobbing. virat went near her and looked at her closely..she was looking very cute while sobbing..her red nose giving her cute look and virat was totally mesmarized with her beauty she was indeed looking like angel and pure soul who was send from heaven..he was so lost in her beauty that he even forgot the reason that why did he came here. he came back to sense and cleared his throat to seeked her attention but she seemed to be so lost in her baby land..virat again cleared his throat but she was still in same position..so he went more near her and placed his hand on her shoulder. manvi pushed his hand with a jerk and looked at him with blood shoot red eyes..virat was shocked with her behaviour
manvi: don't you dare to touch me ok (she said pointing her index finger toward him) you had already touched my baby and harmed her..and who knows you try to harm me too (she said angerily and virat couldn't able to speak.)
virat to himself: oh god she seems like hungry tigress as if i speak one more word and she will eat me raw (he murmured under his breath but who knows that she heard him saying this stuff)
manvi: what did you just say hungry tigress haan. now i will show you what is hungry tigress (she said coming closer to him and virat was stepping back)
virat: listen i didn't mean it
manvi: then what did you mean (she said angerily and hold his wrist) now see what can this tigress do (and before virat could understand her intention she bite on his wrist with her sharp teeth)
virat: ouchh you sherni stop biting me you wild cat (but she was still bitting his wrist.. hearing the noice from outside madan and pinki came outside and saw their daughter's antices. they ran toward them and madan pulled her daughter backward. and virat hold his wrist where she bite him and he hissed in pain)
madan: mannu what were you doing enough is enough ok no apologize to him (he scold her daughter but manvi being manvi how could she accept it)
manvi: sorry my foot dad. if you didn't come then i would have killed him..but how many time he will save from manvi choudhary. i'll not leave you you chep,jerk,prevert,ullu,bandar etc etc (saying that she ran inside leaving three of them stunned with her action. pinki went to virat and hold his wrist and saw red mark on it)
pinki: we are very sorry beta come inside i'll apply ointment on it then you will feel good (both of three went inside and pinki applied applied ointment on his wrist then they seated themself on the dinning table..manvi was already sitting there and virat sat opposite to her. she was still glaring at him angerily. then pinki served lunch to everyone)
madan: beta if you need anything you can ask without hesitation think as you are in your own house
virat; ji
manvi: uninvited guest (she murmured under her breath)
virat: did you say something
manvi: why would i say anything to you (and she satrting stuffing food in her mouth without looking at him)
madan: waise beta tumne apni intro nahi di (madan asked curious to know about him)
virat: ji am from vadhera family and my father vikram singh vadhera was in army and he was leuitant of air force
madan: vikram singh vadhera son of vijay singh vadhera (he said in shock)
virat: yeah do you know about them
madan: arrey beta ji your dad vikram was my best buddy. we graduated togather from the same collage and in same batch
virat: oh really that's great
madan: yes beta ji..it means you are like my own son now so you can come her whenever you want (manvi who was drinking water and listening everything choked and spit the water on virat's face who was sitting opposite to her..virat closed his eyes in disgust and wiped the water from his face with tissu paper)
pinki: manvi yeh kya kar rahi hai careful (she scold manvi)
manvi: sorry mom (she said looking down and again started eating)
pinky: arrey virat putter why are you not eating anything eat this pulao i made it. i am sure you will like it (she served him pulao and looked at manvi) arrey manvi beta palak panner ki sabji toh main kitchen mein hi bhool gayi tu ja na leke aa
manvi: ok mom (she got up and went to kitchen and served palak paneer in four bowls. she took the try and was just going outside when an idea popped up in her mind. she smiled evily and place the tray on the kitchen counter. she took the chilli powder from the drawer) mr. virat singh vadhera now just wait and watch tumhe tumhari nani na yaad diladi to mera naam bhi manvi choudhary nahi hahaha (she laughed eveily and mixed four spoons of chilli powder in virat's bowl and went to the dinning area. then she served palak paneer and sat on her seat. she gave virat an evil smile but virat didn't noticed that..virat just take one spoon of palak paneer and he started coughing badly. tears were coming out from his eyes and his eyes were gone red)
pinki: what happened beta why are you started coughing suddenly is everything ok. (she asked concerned handling him glass of water and rubbing his back)
manvi: hahaha chep kaisa laga hahaha. i told you no one can save you from me (she said patting herself and gave him evil laugh)
madan: what do you mean manvi? (madan asked confused)
manvi: nothing dad i just add four spoons of red chilli powder in his dish
madan: what are you mad (looking at virat) are you ok beta (he asked concerned but virat was still coughing)
virat: un..uncle wh..ehre is wash room (as asked coughing badly. madan show him the way of washroom. virat ran toward washroom and madan went after him..manvi was confused so she also went after him and saw him throwing in the sink continously..madan glared at manvi angerily and she looked down embarressed on her behaviour..she just played a prank to tease him but she didn't know that he had alergy from spicey food. she felt guilty on her behaviour and ran toward her room.. after throwing continously virat felt relax and he came out from the washroom wiping his face and saw madan standing at the door feeling embarressed)
madan: i am sorry beta i am very embarressed plz forgive me (he said loking down guilty)
virat: it's ok uncle (virat was now very angry on manvi b'coz no one dare to play any prank with him but manvi did that. he controlled on his anger and spoke)
virat: uncle i think i should go no bye (he start walking but pinki stopped him)
pinki: virat beta plz drink this milk you will feel better (virat could see care and concern in her eyes for him)
virat: no aunty i am fine don't worry (he gave her small smile)
pinki: beta plz drink this for me plz. afterall i am like your mother (now how could virat denny this when she asked so sweetly so he gulped the whole glass of milk and thanked them and bid them good bye. he walked out from the house and went toward his car and start the engine.. then he start driving but stopped immediately when he saw manvi stood infront of his car. he got angry and came out from the car and walked toward her)
virat: now what do you want haan what is your problem (he said angerily and pulled her with jerk on him with her arm) no one tried to mess with me but you are the first gal who dared to play this prank with me..and next time dare you to play any prank with me then youu will have to pay for this (he said jerking her arms and pushed her. manvi was still looking down)
manvi: sorry (she apologize still looking down and guilt was clearly written on her face. virat was surprised to hear this)
virat: what what did you just say (still not beleiving on his ears)
manvi: sorry i didn't mean to hurt you am sorry (and now she start sobbing..virat who was very angry now melt with her sweet voice)
virat: hey it's ok plz don't cry i forgave you ok (manvi looked up at him and smiled widely but still tears in her eyes)
manvi: sachii ( virat smiled at her kiddish behaviour and nodded)
virat: muchii (he said wiping her tears with his finger)
manvi: so friends (she extended her hand and smiled at him. virat too extend his hand but immediately took his hand back)
virat: phir se toh attack nahi karogi na (he asked and pretended to be scared from her. manvi laughed at him)
manvi: nahi manvi chaudhary jiss se bhi dosti karti hai usko jaan se bhi jayada pyar karti hai
virat: ok friends (he shaked his hand with her)
manvi: chocolates (she show him chocolates)
virat: for friendship (he said raising his eyebrow)
manvi: na to burn your mouh with chilli (she said feeling guilty..virat take chocolate from her)
virat: oh ok i want to tell you one thing that i acn never be angry with you b'coz i fall for you on the very first sight (he said coming closer to her and pecked on her cheek. manvi's eyes went wide. virat looked at her and again pecked on her other cheek) bye see you soon (and he drove back to his work leaving a stunned manvi behind who stood still on the same place trying to digest that what had happened just few minutes ago. she slowly moved her hand on her cheek. and touched her cheek where he kissed and an unknown smile crept on her lips and her face turned beetroot red..heart hurt was beating fast and she was feeling butterfly in her stomach.this was something new for her b'coz no one kissed her except her mom and dad but today a stranger kissed her and she was feeling an unknown feeling inside her
flashback end
virat was smiling remebering those days and tears slipped from his eyes. he wiped his tears and looked at manvi who was snuggling in his arms but still unconcious. then he felt something vibration beside him. he turned and saw manvi's phone was vibrating..he looked at the phone and picked up her phone hesitately
virat: (before he could speak the person on othe hand started yelling)
?:hello manvi whare the hell are you from long time. do you have any idea that how much worried me and ma for you..now why are not you saying anything speak up damn it (the person who was yelling on the phone was tani)
virat: hello (virat spoke hesitately)
tani: hello who are you and where is manvi and why you picked her phone (she asked confused and worried on the same time)
virat: hey just relax. actually she is at my house
tani: but what is she doing at your house. kya kiya tumne uske sath
virat: i didn't do anything with her. actually i found her on the road unconcius and i didn't know where she lives so i take her at my house.a nd she is still unconcious
tani: what unconcious. how is she now anything serious (she panicked after listening him)
virat: don't worry she is fine now and no need to worry she is safe here (he assured her)
tani: ok i can trust but plz when she wake up made her eat something b'coz she didn't eat anything from yesterday night
virat: ok
tani: thanks (she cut the phone and took a deep breath of releif)
virat looked at manvi "why didn't she ate anything from yesterday" then something struck in his mind "one minute when i found her today she was saying something. she was looking very scared and why she was saying that save me. who wants to kill her. something is fishy mujhe pata lagana higa" he realease adeep breath and unknowingly pulled her more closer and don't know when he dozzed off..after long time he was sleeping peacefully in his love's arms. unknown from the destiny and fate. they were just sleeping peacefully in each others arms after long two years.
