Why different rules of Nikah for Billo

In Billo's case..she is after Asad for marriage and status. We know she is not legally married so far..

But Dilshad, najma, Asad..she told she is married..

So if She asks Asad for marriage...how can it happen😕...She has to get divroce from her husband first..

im muslim and i want to clearify sthg
in islam if a man divorce for the 1st or 2nd time he can get her back normally but after a third divorce he has no right to remarry her so thats why she have to get married to another man
and this will make man think twice before divorcing their wifes easily

No its nt necessary to marrry n divorce a man to marry ur frst husband again
although 2 hubbies at a tym isn't allowed
instead if talaq v hav qula wen d girl wishes to separate
man's wil isn't required in qula
