Chapter2:

"Doctor he is sinking too, his pulse is getting weak."

"Get In the van now. Hurry"

Both of them were rushed to the hospital.

He saw the ambulance van pass his car.

"rey …. R u listening? said Al ..

"huh ! ya ya tumne kuch kaha?" rey replied

"haan ..kahan kho gaye the? the road is cleared ab chalen ." Al said directing towards the blockage that was created due to road accident ahead.

" are they all r8 ? dono thik hain na ? the grl is alive na ? " rey emancipated.

"ya they are all r8 .. the bike had lost control itni barish hain aisiliye" Al explained "but tumhe kya hua.. wait a sec tum kis bare me soch rahe the? Taani ke bare me ..hain na ? "

Rey looked at her blankly,, his sorrow was so clear in his eyes . he had no words but sat there staring at her. His eyes had water already he turned to look other way.

"u know it good to cry sometimes..especially agar wo tumhe sukoon de " Al said holding his shoulder.

"we should go now" rey said without looking at her ..applied clutch..changed the gears and accelerated his car..soon they were out of the accident spot.

Al had been staying with Rey since the accident,, she knew rey was till in love with Taani but she couldn't give away the feeling that Rey needed some1 with him .. especially that he is all alone now.. his best friends had abandoned him.

With the rest of the gang had moved on in their life after college ,,though they are still in touch yet not close.

Swayum held Rey responsible for Taanis accident..he held him responsible for his only sisters loss.

Taani .. was a mystery now.. no1 had any clue about it. Non knew whether she is alive or dead.

The accident that took place a year back at the same spot were Rey and Al were stranded today..brought back just the boy but the girl was never found,, but rey believed he had rescued Taani too. But neither the hospital authority nor anyone else could give him the reason why Taani wasn't with her in the present day.

Rey and Al had reached home.. it was 21june …. a year back it was the day Taani and rey were going to be married..the day before the accident..

"rey dinner? " Al asked him

" I want to sleep… " he was tired of his day long job at the corporate sector

Rey had given up on his passion for dance .. the only thing he desired for is "taani ".

He rested himself on the armchair besides the lamp shade.

Dimly lighted room was a perfect environment for sorrow and despair..and Rey preffered this.

Sharon had managed to convince Rey not to give up on his life and his believe that taani is alive and he will find him.

Sharon and Swayum were in a relationship for the past 2 years now yet Swayum wanted more time to overcome from his loss of his sister to get married.

Sharon decided to wait.. and along with Al was trying to deal with the sorrows and pain of the two most imp men of his life.

He closed his eyes and let himself to back to the past.. his happy days when he was living his life ..

It was raining outside ... the water was entering through the window pane..he starred at them for sometime ... but it felt meaningless ...he slowly took out the pendent taani had gifted him ,, THEIR sign of LOVE .. he gently kissed it ... and closed his eyes again ...

"God knows who created these women. How kiddish of me !…he himself created them. Seriously? (He looked up). Rey was frustrated.

"rey don't make a fun of me." Taani stamped her foot

"sweethrt why do you need these yaar… baby these are fake; no one can predict the future.

(rey was glaring at the pandit who was reading tarot cards; had a parrot with him who was picking up the cards.)

"saab esa mat bolie; hamara tota jo bhi kehta hai sahi kehta hai." Said the talku pandit

" tere tote ki to main." Rey was about to say something more when taani interrupted "rey chaliye yahan se" taani pulled rey away before he could create any more scenes.

"Why do you always keep on believing these things? Don't you trust me? Why these fu** nonsence" rey shouted at taani

Tears rolled down her cheeks, slowly it became soft sobs; then into heavier sobs.

Rey knew he was in danger known; he had entered a wrong territory.

"No…no…no…pls I'm sorry …I'm sorry…plss no tears stop…pls…I love you; do whatever you want" he pulled her into a side hug caressing her hair and her back.

"Main us liye nahin ro rahi "replied taani sobbing.

"To fir kyun? "rey was intrigued

" the pandit said we are not meant to be together. I am a threat to your life" and she looked upto him.

"please come back " .. tears made their way ..through his cheeks...
