Hi guys! Thank you for all the comments and likes. I know some of you are saying the intensity is lost but I did that on purpose. As you know Khushi had changed herself to Hitler Gupta to stop any unwanted attention coming from the male side. Now she knows she has found her Nannav she automatically will soften...so now the attitude Khushi will find it difficult to act the soft Khushi...and the other way round. Please see how the story develops. I think you lot didn't notice but the song in the VM is the title of this FF...specifically this song has been shown to you now...Anyways hope you like the update

Chapter 27

Mature Content😳

Dressed in a maroon shirt and black waistcoat he walked into the Gupta office. As he tried to make his way up Payal and Akash stopped him.

"Sir please don't go up, Mam is in a really bad temper"

"Why?" he asked looking at Akash.

"Bro the new guy you employed messed up an important contract...so she is telling him off"

Arnav looked up and then assured them both.

"Don't worry I will handle it"

Meanwhile Khushi stood in front of her desk and was telling the employee off.

"Do you know how much I have lost by your carelessness?...in my company this has never happened before...You could not email these papers before you left for home?"

The employee remained silent.

"I am talking to you...this is India's number one fashion company and anyone bringing it down will not be tolerated...Understand? You better understand!"

She clicked her fingers at him. She paced her room and then her temper raised a notch or two.

"Do you have any idea how many millions we will lose out? Most importantly who the hell employed you?"

"I did!"

Khushi looked towards the door and saw Arnav standing. She started to get butterflies in her stomach. Arnav had a playful smile on his face.

He inched closer and came and stood near her.

"I employed him" he said looking her in the eye. The sheer gaze of his was blinding her endlessly. She lowered her eyes slightly, not knowing what to say. He put his arm across slightly brushing past her and grabbed the contract papers.

"Khushi...I will ring the Managing Director of this company and sort this out..."

He began making a call and switched his Bluetooth on.

"Yes I am Arnav Singh Raizada...yes I have rang to speak to you regarding the deal we were..."

She looked at him and was lost in him. Her ears could not hear what he was saying but whatever he was saying she was doting on him. Pacing the cabin he tried to solve the issue. Suddenly he looked towards Khushi and noticed her looking at him. She quickly looked the other way, he smirked a little.

After cutting the call he turned to Khushi who now was sitting on her desk.

"Khushi I sorted it out...he just needs to fax the papers...and all will be done"

Khushi shot a glare at the employee.

"This is due to Arnav Singh Raizada, this has been sorted out so make sure this is the last time this happens, understand?!"

Arnav gestured the employee to get lost.

The employee thanked them and quickly left. As Arnav saw the employee leave he began talking .

"So tell me why were you looking at me Khushi Kumari Gupta"

He leaned over the desk and looked at her directly. She looked up and saw him.

"W...w...when?"

"I dunno...just a while ago.." he rolled his eyes.

"I was not looking at you...I just was...seeing how you are going to solve the problem"

"Really?"

"Yes really"

She got up and was about to leave to get something she felt a pull on her dupatta. She immediately put her hand on her neck to stop it falling off.

"W..what...are you doing?" she said feeling a little coy.

"Chamkili...we need to talk..."

"Let go of my dupatta..someone will see"

"Nope..."

She looked back and saw him winding her dupatta.

"If you want your dupatta take it back"

"Nannav...please stop..we are in our office..."

Her heartbeat was skipping and her breathing became shallow. He pulled her a little close.

As he was about to bring her near himself someone knocked on the door. He quickly let go off her dupatta.

"Come in" she said with a tense strained voice.

"Beta it's me" Mr Gupta entered. He looked at Arnav and met him.

"Dad why have you come?"

"I heard about the deal...that our employee messed up...and I know how you get wound up when our staff makes mistakes"

"Dad that is usually the case but Arnav managed to convince them"

Arnav looked on surprised that she had praised him properly for the first time.

"Really? That is really good...beta I know you both have broken up but seriously I always see you as family...so I would hate if you let this get in between business"

Arnav looked at Khushi and she looked away.

"Uncle you know me...I don't mix business with pleasure"

"Good glad to hear it...anyway I'm off so see you later Khushi"

She nodded her head and went down with her dad. As soon as she came up there was a meeting in the conference room which included Arnav. During the meeting Khushi avoided all eye contact from him. This fuelled him even more.

After the meeting they both walked up together.

"Khushi...can we got out for lunch?"

She looked at him and then looked away.

"Arnav I can't too much work load"

"I'm sure one day won't kill your workload..I'll help you"

She made a frustrated face. "Please try to understand"

Turning her back she went inside to the client that was waiting for her. He sighed and went to finish off a file.

Through his blindfolds he could see the second client appearing. He picked up the phone and rang her.

"Hello?" she said annoyed she was disturbed.

"Khushi it's me"

She started to get nervous. "Ummhhh why are you ringing?"

"Khushi all day I am trying to get some time with you...what kind of girlfriend are you that you can't even speak to me?"

"Girlfriend?" she said surprised and then realised her clients looking at her strangely. So unlike Khushi Kumari Gupta.

"Yes you are Arnav Singh Raizada's girlfriend" he said proudly.

She started to smile a little coyly.

"Mr Raizada we shall discuss this later...leave it with me" she cut the call and he looked at the phone. Frustrated.

Payal came into Akash cabin and began handing him some files.

"You know ASR is too good...he calmed Mam like there was no tomorrow...it's a shame they have broken up, they make a good team".

He took a sip of tea and folded his hands.

"Yes...but what can one do...maybe it wasn't meant to be...anyway what have you thought about my proposal then?"

Payal blushed and looked down.

"Payal blushing won't answer my question...hurry man I need to ask my parents to go and ask your hand in marriage"

"Akash you know my answer...of course I will marry you...just send your parents"

"Really?!" he got up and touched her shoulders. She nodded her head and he lifted her off the ground.

"Yahooo" he said loudly.

"Akash put me down we are in the office"

He put her down and then kissed her hand.

"Payal when will I get my.." he gestured for a kiss, she playfully slapped his lips.

"After marriage" she said coyly.

"Ahem...if Romeo and Juliet have stopped can I come in?" said Arnav sarcastically.

Akash and Payal stepped away and he came in.

"Payal how many appointments has your Mam got today?" he asked looking fed up.

Payal began checking her diary.

"Sir she has two more and then she will have 30 minutes free..."

"30 minutes free?" he began thinking. "Payal do me a favour"

Payal and Akash looked on while he folded his arms.

Payal had told Khushi that she needed to come down in the conference room to see a presentation for a new project. She came down in her usual style of being in charge. Payal was just briefed the same thing she had told Khushi. She walked past Payal and said.

"Payal get me the Haiseri File for later"

She nodded her head. Khushi walked into the conference room and saw no one there.

"What is going on?" she looked annoyed. As she opened the door Arnav shut the door.

"Nannav" she said looking shocked. He bolted the door.

"Since morning I am trying to get hold of you..." he looked miffed.

"Nannav it's an office...what is wrong with you?"

He came a little closer. "Don't you know what is wrong with me?"

She looked at his naughty eyes and then turned around. He took a red rose out of his blazer and started walking towards her.

Realising him coming near her she moved away.

"Chamkili...all these years I have missed you so much...I just want to..."

She walked away not really wanting to be anywhere near him. His presence made her weak in the knees and her breathing became shallow.

"I just to talk to you...be near you.."

She walked off and then stopped.

"Is that too much to ask?"

She looked back and saw his intense eyes.

"Last night when we hugged I thought we will become close but today I have realised you are running away from me. Chamkili I want to talk to you and get to know you...we have twenty year gap of what we have missed about each other..."

He came and stood right next to her. She lowered her eyes and he noticed her hands shivering again.

"Chamkili...there are things I want to hear from you and things I have been desperate to say to you...so don't shut me out..."

"Nannav I don't know what you are talking about...I need to go.."

She walked off to get out and he put his hand around her waist and pinned her to the door. She looked at his eyes they were firing with anger. She felt helpless with his grip.

Letting go of one of her arms he took the rose out again. This time he tickled her from her forehead and traced around her face till he reached her lips. She shuddered with the sensation and turned her face away.

He let go of her other arm and took her hands and bought them up. She looked on nervously.

Gently he cupped her face with his both hands and looked into her eyes sincerely. She has no choice but to look back into his attractive brown orbs.

"I love you" he said huskily. Khushi smiled hearing him say the three words she always use to dream of hearing from her Nannav.

She raised her right hand and he let go of her face. She gently touched his hair that was on his forehead and then cupped his jawline. He gulped in anticipation. His heart beating and she was so engrossed in the moment that she forgot how nervous she was.

"I.."

A knock on the door appeared. They both looked back.

"Mam...your client is here..."

She quickly realised what she was doing and she let go and he pinned her back.

"I?" he teased her.

"Arnav.." she blushed and looked down.

"I need to go..."

She pushed him slightly and unbolted the door and went. He looked on like a person half quenched from his thirst.

An hour had passed and Arnav was eager to hear the incomplete three words. He called Payal up.

"Payal give this straight to Khushi...its important"

"Yes sir" she said taking the file.

She went to straight to her cabin and handed the file.

"Mam sir gave this to you and said to look at it it's urgent"

She nodded her head and Payal left. As she opened the file she saw a blank piece of paper. It had a big red heart with 'Nannav 4 Chamkili' written on it. Her office phone rang and she looked at Arnav's cabin. Yes it was him ringing.

"Yes?" she said smiling.

"You are such a tease..."

"Yes you! Chamkili I just want to hear the three words from your mouth"

"Does one need to say everything...can't one just realise?"

"Oi I do realise I just want to hear it from you..."

She started winding the cord round her finger. "Arnav...not now...some other time"

"Okay fine...tomorrow at 4pm we leave the office early and go out..."

"You mean like a date?"

"Yes"

She looked around. "Okay depending on we finish work early"

"We will I will make sure" he said with a determined face.

"Arnav Singh Raizada...you are crazzzyyy!" she chuckled.

"Yes crazy in love with you Khushi Kumari Gupta"
