this my predication that what happen if we know later that sultan is not rk brother ! this happened when mohan kundra n meera got married after meera have affair with someone n sultan is his son not mohan kundra and mohan kundra got upset n start having business losses n in that situation kundra take revenge n handover sultan to rassied n rassied didnot know about it n thinking that sultan is kundra son if u guys remember rassied saying in hospital that he missing something if happen this then it will be going to be very big twist what say guys share ur views!
