Well.. This is my first post on IF! So.. Plz.. tell me how you find it..?
It was my prediction after the Holi episode guyz (continued from the point when Megha was on her way back to Vyas house from Bhatnagar house.. and Munna sprint water on her..).. sorry for posting so late..

And it starts when Megha faints and Munna start showering water on Mohan. His eyes get closed due to water pressure . He moves ahead and holds the opening of the pipe to stop water. After this, he looks up but find noone to be there. At the next moment his attention turns towards megha. He throws the pipe aside. He rushed towards her and holds her hand. Then, He took her in his lap and take her to his home. His eyes were enough to express his worries for Meghs. When he reached home with her, the door was open and there was none near it. Without wasting time, he takes her to his room and make her rest on his bed. He covers her with his blanket and holds her hand. He takes her hand near his faceand is lost in past memories.
* Fb of the scene when mohan met his mirchi madam for the first time in khajrana temple, when he saw her practice typing wholenight, when he hold megha's hand and they danced in rashmi's farmhouse, when he confessed his love to megha on rash's wedding, when megha confesssed her love to him and he kissed her on forehead for the first time, when his Mirchi madam fought for her love and threw out Riddhima's luggage out of their house, When she even left kids at vyas house to support him, when she was so frustrated that tried to attempt suicide in hospital, and when she said good bye to the wheel chair and conquered over her will power to save his life.. All this while he was having a constant child -like smile wid tears peeking from his eyes. Then, he reminded himself the moment when worried megha was searching for addu, when he left house on a promise. Strain in his eyes for controlling tears was very easily visible. But he could no more control tehm when he got remembered his meeting with Megha on this MS. Megha's words that 'ek waade ka rishta tha.. ab wo bhi nhi raha' were echoing in his mind and shattered him again. Tears just rolled down on his cheeks and fell on Megha's hands.
The repetition of those harsh words broke his subconsciousness. He looked at megha. He was again felling for her. He went close to her to kiss on her cheek but found her hair strands to be dere. He slowly stretched his other hand to shift her hairs. He hold and took hairs behind her ear Megha started mumbling that
Megha: nhi.. y nhi ho skta.. m nhi manti.. jhut h.. jhut h..
Mohan: ky.. kya hu..hua.. meg..
but he found himself unable to complete his words due to tears. He could not even take her name. His own voice was sttutering.
But after seeing, Megha's unconscious restlessness he recollected all his strength and placed his palm on her face. This was when he realised that Megha's temperature was high.
He slowly took his hand back from her face and put Megha's hand on her belly.
Then, he moved to the drawing room for searching the first aid box. While taking the box out from a drawer, he heard guru asking..
Guru : Bhaiya.. ap kab aye..? Aur mera phn ku ni utha rae ho itni der s.. pta h b..
Mohan : Phone.. tu ruk guru..
Mohan takes out his phone from his pocket and made a call to a number named nanhi..
Megha lying in the bedroom :
when Mohan left her.. the unconscious megha became more restless. Her heartbeats increased and she kept on mumbling :
Megha : nhi.. mo.. mohan.. ruko.. ru..
Tear came out of her half closed eyes and she got up on her place shouting.
Megha (in a loud voice) : naaahiiieee...
Tears kept on flowing frm her eyes.. She could not even recollect her breath and continued to cry.
