Court will hear Sooraj Pancholi bail plea, today

Aditya Pancholi and Zarina Wahab son, Sooraj Pancholi will present his bail plea in a Mumbai court, today. The Mumbai police arrested Sooraj Pancholi after the suicide of bollywood actress Jiah Khan.
He was arrested on charge of abetment to suicide under the section 306 of IPC on June 10. This arrest took place after Jiah's sister found a six-page suicide note at their residence.
According to the police, the authenticity of the suicide note and other five love letters that were found from Sooraj's residence meanwhile is being examined.
On June 14, the court had adjourned Sooraj's bail plea till June21. According to the investigating officers, the police need time to probe into the matter since Sooraj had deleted texts and other messages from his cell phone. On June 13, the Mumbai police had stated that they would oppose the bail plea of the actor.
In the suicide note Jiah blamed Sooraj for betraying her trust, because of which she decided to end her life. A few days after the suicide, Jiah's sister found the copy of the suicide note, which was handed over to the police by her mother. At that time the police also disclosed that the Jiah's family wants to know that this letter was actually written by her or not.
The 25-year-old Jiah Khan committed suicide on June 3 by hanging herself at her Juhu residence. At the time when she committed suicide her mother and sister were not at home, she was alone.
